摘要: There is disclosed a tin-containing metal oxide nanoparticle, which has an index of dispersion degree less than 7 and a narrow particle size distribution which is defined as steepness ratio less than 3. There is disclosed dispersion, paint, shielding film and their glass products which comprise the said nanoparticles. Besides, there are also disclosed processes of making the tin-containing metal oxide nanoparticle and their dispersion. The tin-containing metal oxide nanoparticles and their dispersion disclosed herein may be applied on the window glass of houses, buildings, vehicles, ships, etc. There is provided an excellent function of infrared blocking with highly transparent, and to achieve sunlight controlling and thermal radiation controlling.

摘要: The main object of the present invention is to provide a sulfide solid electrolyte material having favorable ion conductivity and high stability against moisture. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem by providing a sulfide solid electrolyte material comprising an M1 element (such as Li element), an M2 element (such as Ge element, Sn element and P element) and a S element, and having a peak at a position of 2θ=29.58°±0.50° in X-ray diffraction measurement using a CuKα ray, characterized in that when a diffraction intensity at the above-mentioned peak of 2θ=29.58°±0.50° is regarded as IA and a diffraction intensity at a peak of 2θ=27.33°±0.50° is regarded as IB, a value of IB/IA is less than 0.50, and the M2 contains at least P and Sn.

The nanoparticles can be used to make layers for use in thin film photovoltaic (PV) cells. The CXTY materials are prepared by a colloidal synthesis in the presence of labile organo-chalcogens. The organo-chalcogens serves as both a chalcogen source for the nanoparticles and as a capping ligand for the nanoparticles.

摘要: The teachings herein are directed at a lithium secondary battery negative electrode active material consisting of a Sn Sb based sulfide that delivers a high electrode capacity density, excellent output characteristics, and excellent cycle life characteristics and also provide a method for manufacturing the lithium secondary battery negative electrode active material, said method being capable of easily manufacturing the high performance lithium secondary battery negative electrode active material at low cost without requiring a high-temperature processing step and special facilities as required in a glass melting method. The negative electrode active material preferably is prepared using a method that includes a step of obtaining a Sn Sb based sulfide precipitate by adding an alkali metal sulfide to a mixed solution of a tin halide and an antimony halide.

摘要: These halogen-containing tin oxide particles have a BET specific surface area of 25-100 m2/g and a crystallite diameter of 8-30 nm. The particles optimally contain 0.01-0.75 mass % halogen. Fluoline is optimally contained as the halogen. Optimally, the particles additionally contain tantalum, niobium, phosphorus, antimony, tungsten, or molybdenum. The volume resistivity is optimally 0.1-1000 Ω·cm.
