    摘要: A power strip includes a power plug and an outlet connected to the power plug through a power cord. The power plug has a plugging face and at least one power pin disposed on the plugging face. The power plug includes a first thermal cut-off device, which has a first thermal sensing pin exposed on the plugging face. The outlet has at least one set of apertures. The first thermal cut-off device is in electrically connection with a power output wire of the power plug. The first thermal cut-off device cuts off the power transmission between the power plug and the outlet when the temperature of the plugging face exceeds a first determined temperature.

    摘要: An arc fault circuit interrupter includes: an insulating casing, electrical input terminals and electrical output terminals, first and second electrical path connected between the electrical input terminals and electrical output terminals, and a movement mechanism. The movement mechanism includes: first and second moving contact arms, electrically coupled to the first and second electrical paths, respectively; a control circuit board; an arc detection mechanism, electrically coupled to the control circuit board, for detecting an arc signal and causing the control circuit board to generate a trip signal; a tripping mechanism, electrically coupled to the control circuit board, for receiving the trip signal to disconnect the electrical coupling between the first moving contact arm and the first electrical path and/or the electrical coupling between the second moving contact arm and the second electrical path. The device can immediately cut off the power when detecting an arc signal to prevent fire hazard.

    摘要: A circuit is disclosed for disconnecting electrical power upon the detection of an elevated temperature comprising an electrical plug and an electrical receptacle interconnected by a power cable. An interruption circuit having a disconnect switch is interposed in the power cable. A plug heat sensitive device and a receptacle heat sensitive device monitor the temperature of the electrical plug and the electrical receptacle. An elevated temperature detection circuit opens the disconnect switch upon the detection of an elevated temperature in one of the electrical plug and the electrical receptacle to prevent an overheated condition.

An operation control device for an electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is connected to an electronic apparatus and can transmit and receive signals to and from the electronic apparatus and a control device for remotely controlling use of power in the electronic apparatus, comprises: a measuring unit for calculating the amount of power supplied to the electronic apparatus; and a communicating unit for receiving identification information of the electronic apparatus and state information of the electronic apparatus from the electronic apparatus, transmitting information regarding the amount of power, the identification information of the electronic apparatus, and the state information of the electronic apparatus to the control device, and receiving a first control signal for controlling operation of the electronic apparatus from the control device and then transmitting the first control signal to the electronic apparatus, thereby switching the electronic apparatus to an off mode or a sleep mode.
