摘要： A battery powered fluid sprayer includes a shelter that the battery is mounted in to provide power to the electric components of the sprayer. The shelter protects the battery from falling fluid droplets. The shelter extends above the battery and projects outward laterally and longitudinally to protect the battery. The battery can move vertically downward to dismount from the fluid sprayer.

摘要： An electrically operated displacement pump includes an electric motor having a stator and a rotor. The rotor is connected to the fluid displacement member to drive axial reciprocation of the fluid displacement member. A drive mechanism is disposed between and connected to each of the rotor and the fluid displacement member. The drive mechanism receives a rotational output from the rotor and provides a linear input to the fluid displacement member. A controller controls operation of the motor based on an operating state of the motor to control pumping by the displacement pump.

摘要： A system for dispensing abrasive materials includes a transfer pump configured to pump abrasive material to a metering pump configured to pump the abrasive material to an application. Dynamic interfaces within the pumps are at least partially formed by sleeved components of the pump interfacing with a seal configured to engage with the sleeved surface during relative movement between the sleeved surface and the seal. The smooth exterior surfaces of the sleeves interface with the seals to prevent abrasive particulate in the material from adhering to the sleeve, preventing the abrasive particulate from being pulled between the sleeve and the seal.

摘要： A paint sprayer includes an end bell, a motor connected to the end bell, a pump drive connected to the end bell, a pair of protrusions attached to an extending from the end bell such that each protrusion is cantilevered from the end bell, and a pump assembly comprising a pair of mounting holes and containing a piston. The pair of mounting holes is adapted to receive and slide onto the pair of protrusions to mount the pump assembly on the end bell as well as slide off of the pair of protrusions to remove the pump assembly from the end bell. The pump drive is configured to covert rotational motion output by the motor to reciprocal motion. The pump assembly is configured to pump paint when reciprocated by the pump drive while mounted on the end bell.
