    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing a conjugated diene-based polymer, comprising polymerizing a monomer component containing a conjugated diene compound and a silicon-containing vinyl compound using a polymerization initiator represented by the following formula (1) wherein, R11 represents a hydrocarbylene group having 6 to 100 carbon atoms, R12 and R13 represent a hydrocarbyl group optionally having a substituent, or a trihydrocarbylsilyl group, or R12 and R13 are bonded to represent a hydrocarbylene group optionally having, as a hetero atom, at least one kind atom selected from the atomic group consisting of a silicon atom, a nitrogen atom and an oxygen atom.

    摘要: A novel protein (Gm1) includes an amino acid sequence part having a high homology with a domain having a high homology with a GTP binding site and a GTPase site conserved among G protein α subunits and a trimer forming domain conserved among G protein α subunits. The Gm1 protein is involved in signal transduction via a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) stimulation. The Gm1 protein is expressed intensively in human brain, thymus, testes, spleen, small intestine, uterus and heart. A method for screening for a substance capable of regulating a cellular signal transduction employs a polynucleotide encoding the Gm1 protein.

    摘要: There is provided a resin composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (A) and 0.00001-20 parts by weight of a condensed silicate of lithium aluminium double hydroxide (B) wherein the saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (A) has 20-50 mole % ethylene units and has a saponification degree of vinyl acetate unit of at least 96%. The resin composition is excellent in heat stability. The resin composition may contain a thermoplastic resin other than the copolymer (A). The resin composition containing the copolymer (A) and the other thermoplastic resin is excellent in compatibility as well as in heat stability.
