摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a technique for dispensing cells as single cells. The above problem can be solved by an apparatus for dispensing particles comprising a transparent hollow pipette for dispensing sample liquid containing particles, and an image capturing means, wherein the devise has means for capturing two or more images of the dispensing liquid in the hollow pipette; means for comparing two or more shot images, distinguishing a moved particle-like substance from an unmoved particle-like substance in the image-captured particle-like substances, and identifying the moved particle-like substance as a suspended particle; and means for dispensing a sample liquid containing a target number of suspended particles.

摘要: This invention relates to a continuous process for the preparation of a metal-organic framework comprising a hydrophobic compound. The process comprises the steps of: (a) providing a first component comprising either (i) a metal-organic framework, or (ii) a first reactant which includes at least one metal in ionic form and a second reactant which includes at least one ligand capable of associating with the metal in ionic form in order to form a metal-organic framework. (b) providing a hydrophobic compound, and (c) mixing the first component and the hydrophobic compound in order to form the metal-organic framework comprising the hydrophobic compound. The invention also relates to the use of a hydrophobic polymer, a silane compound and/or a siloxane compound to improve the water stability of a metal-organic framework.

摘要: The invention relates to a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and also to the running gear for a carrier roller diagnostic system, wherein the rail system is formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system according to the invention comprises at least one running rail (2), a multi-part track holder (1) and a holding element (14) which is arranged with a first region (A) in a running rail support (13) of the track holder (1) and is arranged with a second region (B) in the running rail (2) when the running rail (2) and the running rail support (13) are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction, wherein the second region (B) of the holding element (14) is arranged in a passage opening (21) of the running rail (2) or projects through it. The running gear (3) according to the invention has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis which receives and connects both roller systems, has connection options for sensor system carriers and/or the energy control module. The guide system is formed such that it surrounds the geometry of the track in such a way that it limits the kinematic degrees of freedom to one and, if necessary, omits the holding of the track. Thus, only one movement (forward/back) along the track is provided. The drive system is designed to move the chassis and all connected systems relative to the track.

摘要: The present invention relates to compositions comprising N,N-dimethyltryptamine, deuterated N,N-dimethyltryptamine and/or partially deuterated N,N-dimethyltryptamine. In particular, the present invention relates to compositions comprising a combination of N,N-dimethyltryptamine and 2% or more by weight of one or more deuterated N,N-dimethyltryptamine compound selected from α,α-dideutero-N,N-dimethyltryptamine and α,α,β,β-tetradeutero-N,N-dimethyltryptamine. Additional and alternative compositions of the present invention comprise a combination of N,N-dimethyltryptamine and 2% or more by weight of one or more partially deuterated N,N-dimethyltryptamine compound selected from α,β,β-trideutero-N,N-dimethyltryptamine, α,β-dideutero-N,N-dimethyltryptamine, and α-deutero-N,N-dimethyltryptamine. Methods of synthesising compositions of the present invention, and methods of use of presently described compositions in treating psychiatric or psychocognitive disorders, such as major depressive disorder, are also provided.
