摘要: An integrated circuit includes a first gate electrode track and a second gate electrode track. The first gate electrode track includes a first gate electrode feature that forms an n-channel transistor as it crosses an n-diffusion region. The first gate electrode track does not cross a p-diffusion region. The second gate electrode track includes a second gate electrode feature that forms a p-channel transistor as it crosses a p-diffusion region. The second gate electrode track does not cross an n-diffusion region. The integrated circuit also includes a linear shaped conductor that crosses both the first and second gate electrode features in a reference direction perpendicular to the first and second gate electrode tracks. The linear shaped conductor provides electrical connection between the first and second gate electrode features.

Some embodiments of the invention allow encapsulation of cold rows through an enclosure and allow server fans to draw cold air from the cold row encapsulation structure to cool servers installed on the server racks. In other particular embodiments, the systems disclosed can be used to mix outside cool air into the cold row encapsulation structure to cool the servers. In some embodiments, the present invention involves utilizing a raised sub-floor design of a data center room.

摘要: Systems and methods for synchronizing execution of recipe sets are described. One of the methods includes sending by a command controller to a master controller a recipe set and sending by the master controller the recipe set for execution by a sub-system controller of a plasma system. The operation of sending the recipe set from the master controller to the sub-controller is performed during a first clock cycle of a clock signal. The method includes generating by the command controller a recipe event signal and sending by the command controller to the sub-system controller the recipe event signal indicating a time of execution of the recipe set by the sub-system controller. The time of execution occurs during a second clock cycle that follows the first clock cycle. The second cycle is of the clock signal.

摘要: A method, including: executing, by a cloud gaming system, a session of a video game; recording the user's gameplay of the video game; analyzing the user's recorded gameplay to determine a region of interest, the region of interest being a region of the video game having social network sharing levels that exceed a predefined threshold; during the session of the video game, receiving a request from the client device, the request being initiated from a button of a controller device interfaced to the client device; responsive to the request, presenting, through the client device, the region of interest; generating, by the cloud gaming system, a gameplay video of the video game based on the region of interest; sharing the gameplay video of the video game over the social network to one or more additional client devices for viewing by one or more additional users.

摘要: A cloud-based system for integration of agricultural data with geolocation-based agricultural operations is provided. The system receives agricultural-related data associated with a given geographic area and transforms the received data into an analysis-ready format. The system processes the received data through one or more algorithms to determine at least one operation to be performed within the given geographic area. The system generates a set of instructions for execution of the at least one operation within the given geographic area as a function of geolocation, where the instructions are coded for direct use by a controller of a specified type of agricultural equipment. The system transmits the instructions over a wireless communication channel to the controller, where the instructions cause the controller to direct operation of the agricultural equipment to perform the at least one operation within the given geographic area as a function of geolocation in an automated manner.

摘要: Methods and systems for provisioning services or resources on a cloud service for successful execution of an application includes detecting a request for executing an application on a cloud service. In response to the request, a descriptor record for the application is retrieved from a descriptor file. The descriptor record is specific for the cloud service and provides details of environmental resources or services required for executing the application. Resource and service requirements are translated into actions to be taken in the cloud service environment for provisioning the resources or services required for the application. The actions to be taken are brokered to occur in pre-defined sequence based on details provided in the descriptor record for the application. Status of the actions taken is provided. The status is used to determine if the required resources or services have been provisioned for successful execution of the application in the cloud service.

摘要: A plasma system includes an RF generator and a matchbox including an impedance matching circuit, which is coupled to the RF generator via an RF cable. The plasma system includes a chuck and a plasma reactor coupled to the matchbox via an RF line. The RF line forms a portion of an RF supply path, which extends between the RF generator through the matchbox, and to the chuck. The plasma system further includes a phase adjusting circuit coupled to the RF supply path between the impedance matching circuit and the chuck. The phase adjusting circuit has an end coupled to the RF supply path and another end that is grounded. The plasma system includes a controller coupled to the phase adjusting circuit. The controller is used for changing a parameter of the phase adjusting circuit to control an impedance of the RF supply path based on a tune recipe.

摘要: Systems and methods for soft pulsing are described. One of the systems includes a master radiofrequency (RF) generator for generating a first portion of a master RF signal during a first state and a second portion of the master RF signal during a second state. The master RF signal is a sinusoidal signal. The system further includes an impedance matching circuit coupled to the master RF generator via an RF cable to modify the master RF signal to generate a modified RF signal and a plasma chamber coupled to the impedance matching circuit via an RF transmission line. The plasma chamber is used for generating plasma based on the modified RF signal. A statistical measure of the first portion has a positive or a negative slope.
