摘要: The present disclosure features signal-regulatory protein α (SIRP-α) polypeptides and constructs that are useful, e.g., to target a cell (e.g., a cancer cell or a cell of the immune system), to increase phagocytosis of the target cell, to eliminate immune cells such as regulatory T-cells, to kill cancer cells, to treat a disease (e.g., cancer) in a subject, or any combinations thereof. The SIRP-α constructs include a high affinity SIRP-α D1 domain or variant thereof that binds CD47 with higher affinity than a wild-type SIRP-α. The SIRP-α polypeptides or constructs include a SIRP-α D1 variant fused to an Fc domain monomer, a human serum albumin (HSA), an albumin-binding peptide, or a polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymer. Compositions provided herein include (i) a polypeptide including a signal-regulatory protein α (SIRP-α) D1 variant and (ii) an antibody.

The virtual object and the surface may be associated with a mixed reality environment. Generation of the audio signal may be based on at least one of an audio stream from a microphone and a video stream form a sensor. In some embodiments, the collision between the virtual object and the surface is associated with a footstep on the surface.

摘要: Provided are methods for administering multiple doses of cells, such as T cells, to subjects for cell therapy. Also provided are compositions and articles of manufacture for use in the methods. The cells generally express recombinant receptors such as chimeric receptors, e.g., chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) or other transgenic receptors such as T cell receptors (TCRs). The methods generally involve administering a first and at least one consecutive dose of the cells. Timing of the doses relative to one another, and/or size of the doses, in some embodiments provide various advantages such as lower or reduced toxicity and improved efficacy, for example, due to increased exposure of the subject to the administered cells. In some embodiments, the first dose is a relatively low dose, such as one that reduces tumor or disease burden, thereby improving the efficacy of consecutive or subsequent doses, and the consecutive dose is a consolidating dose.

摘要: An indoor geolocation system for determining a location in three-dimensional space includes a plurality of base stations and a mobile device movable about an indoor environment in three dimensions. The mobile device detects electromagnetic signals in the indoor environment emitted by devices other than the base stations, and generates a signal profile based on the signals. The mobile device transmits the signal profile to one or more of the base stations, which forward the signal profile to a remote server. The system determines a location of the in three-dimensional space of the mobile device by comparing the signal profile to data regarding signal profiles at a plurality of locations in the indoor environment. The data regarding signal profiles in the indoor environment may have been captured by a detection device other than the mobile device at a time prior to the detection of the electromagnetic signals by the mobile device.

摘要: A method and system for detecting a target component by using a mobile terminal, and a detection method for simultaneously screening multiple target objects. The method for detecting a target component by using a mobile terminal comprises: detecting a target component by using test strips (100) to obtain chromogenic test strips (100); arranging the test strips (100) around a same circle center at equal angles to obtain an arrangement ring of test strips (100), positioning identifiers being provided on an area outside the test strips (100) on the arrangement ring of the test strips (100); performing image acquisition on the arrangement ring of the test strips (100) by using a mobile terminal, and uploading an acquired image to a data processing center, correcting the acquired image according to the positioning identifiers; determining the positions of a personalized mark area and a result display area of each test strip (100) in the image; performing segmentation to obtain images of the personalized mark area and the result display area of each test strip (100); calculating a chromogenic result of the result display area, and obtaining a test result of the target component; and outputting the test result of the target component and displaying the test result on the mobile terminal.

In some embodiments, the anti-BCMA antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof specifically bind to BCMA-1. Among the anti-BCMA antibodies are human antibodies, including those that compete for binding to BCMA with reference antibodies, such as a non-human reference antibody. Also provided are genetically engineered cells expressing the CARs or BCMA-binding molecules and uses thereof such as in adoptive cell therapy.

摘要: Embodiments include a head-worn display including a display panel sized and positioned to produce a field of view to present digital content to an eye of a user, and a processor adapted to present the digital content to the display panel such that the digital content is only presented in a portion of the field of view, the portion being in the middle of the field of view such that horizontally opposing edges of the field of view are blank areas. The processor is adapted to shift the digital content into one of the blank areas to adjust the convergence distance of the digital content and thereby change the perceived distance from the user to the digital content.
