    摘要: A multipass laser amplifier includes a mirror, a mirror device, a gain crystal, and refractive or diffractive beam-steering element. The gain crystal is positioned on a longitudinal axis of the multipass laser amplifier between the mirror and the mirror device. The beam-steering element is positioned on the longitudinal axis between the gain crystal and the mirror device. The beam-steering element has no optical power and deflects a laser beam, by refraction or diffraction, for each of multiple passes of the laser beam between the first mirror and the mirror device, such that each pass goes through the gain crystal for amplification of the laser beam and goes through a different respective off-axis portion of the beam-steering element. The no optical power of the beam-steering element enables maintaining a large beam size in the gain crystal, thereby facilitating amplification to high average power.

    摘要: In some aspects, provided herein are methods for analyzing a nucleic acid comprising first and second regions of interest flanking an adaptor region, comprising hybridizing an anchor to the adaptor region, analyzing the first region of interest from one end of the anchor using probe ligation (e.g., sequencing-by-ligation), and binding a polymerase to the other end of the anchor and optionally incorporating a nucleotide and/or analog thereof into the anchor by the polymerase using the second region of interest or a probe bound thereto as a template. In some embodiments, the second region of interest is used as a template for sequencing-by-synthesis. In some embodiments, spatially resolved detections of analytes are performed at a cellular or sub-cellular resolution which involve correlating signals associated with analytes with specific spatial locations in a biological sample.

The method includes: determining an expected speed direction of a controlled point of a first controlled target according to an actual location of the controlled point of the first controlled target and a preset trajectory of the controlled point of the first controlled target, wherein the first controlled target is one of a plurality of controlled targets having a kinematic relationship; and determining a target speed of at least one controlled target of the plurality of controlled targets according to the expected speed direction of the controlled point of the first controlled target and the kinematic relationship.
