    摘要: A hook rail assembly for hanging objects on a wall includes an elongated rail member for abutting the wall, at least one anchor component connected to a back side of the rail member and at least one hook member positioned at a front side of the rail member. The anchor component including a base and at least one wall penetrating retainer, the wall penetrating retainer having a wall penetrating extent that that protrudes rearwardly of the rail member and has a curved configuration. The wall penetrating extent may be arcuate and have a radius of curvature with a center point proximate a bottom side of the rail member.

    摘要: Methods for forming an aluminum weld on an aluminum work surface are disclosed. The methods include providing an aluminum metal-core wire having a sheath with an outer surface and a core composition within the sheath, applying a voltage to the aluminum metal-core wire in the vicinity of the aluminum work surface to generate an arc, and melting the wire and the work surface to form the weld. The sheath is formed with an inorganic lubricant on its outer surface and the core composition includes metal powders, metal alloy powders, or combinations thereof and less than about 5% of non-metallic components or non-metallic agents based on the weight of the wire.

    摘要: A bridge for a string instrument, which has a simple structure and is easily processed, is provided, whereby the material cost of the saddle is decreased and superior vibrancy of sound is provided. The bridge has a saddle body 50 that is formed with string grooves 55 at two ends thereof. The string groove 55 has a uniform portion 56 and deep groove portions 57. The deep groove portion 57 is formed into an arc shape in cross section and has a larger curvature radius than that of the uniform portion 56. The uniform portion 56 and the deep groove portion 57 cross with each other at a predetermined portion, and the vicinity of the predetermined portion has a chevron shape in vertical cross section. The chevron shapes of the deep groove portions 57 have peaks P that are arranged at different position in the circumferential direction.
