摘要： Disclosed herein is a natural gas liquefaction process using a single refrigeration cycle adopting a mixed refrigerant, and therefore having a simple structure and thus a compact system which is easy to operate, and further, after the mixed refrigerant is separated into two refrigerant parts, the two refrigerant parts are not mixed with each other but go through condensing (cooling), expanding, heat-exchanging, and compressing stages individually, and thus, optimal temperature and pressure conditions are applied to each of the separated refrigerant parts to increase efficiency of the liquefaction process.

A home gateway includes a module port for mounting a service module which provides a particular service; a communication interface for receiving a function result of the service module mounted to the module port; a display interface connected with a display; and a processor for sending the function result received from the service module through the communication interface, to the display through the display interface. Thus, the user's intended service can be selectively provided using the selective service module.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a natural gas liquefaction process of pre-cooling natural gas using a closed loop pre-cooling cycle and liquefying the pre-cooled natural gas using a closed loop liquefying cycle, wherein the closed loop pre-cooling cycle includes first and second pre-cooling cycles in parallel for pre-cooling supplied natural gases together in the same first heat exchange region through the respective pure refrigerants, and the closed loop liquefying cycle includes at least one liquefying cycle for liquefying the pre-cooled natural gas through a mixed refrigerant, the first and second pre-cooling cycles being a closed circuit cooling cycle.

摘要： A method for preparing a cathode active material for a lithium secondary battery is provided. The preparing method includes: adding a phosphorus compound to a transition metal oxide dispersion liquid to prepare a coating liquid; drying the coating liquid to prepare a powder including phosphorus oxide coated on the surface of the transition metal oxide; and dry-mixing the powder coated with the phosphorus oxide with a lithium intercalation compound, and then firing the mixture to form a solid solution compound of L1-M1-M2-P—O (where M1 is a transition metal derived from transition metal oxide, and M2 is a metal derived from lithium intercalation compound) on the surface of the lithium intercalation compound. The method for preparing a cathode active material for a lithium secondary battery simplifies the conventional preparing process to save process cost, and it provides comparable electrochemical characteristics to a cathode active material obtained from a wet process.

The sealant seals up the chip and the lead frame and exposes a lower surface of the lead frame. The notch exposes a portion of the sealant.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for checking a pipelined parallel cyclic redundancy is disclosed. In accordance with the method and the apparatus of the present invention, after an entire CRC (cyclic redundancy check) logic is divided into a feedback portion and an input data portion, the input data portion is divided using a pipelined structure such that the input data portion is designed to have the pipelined structure based on an algorithm that maintains a logic level of each stage to be lower than that of the feedback portion and an algorithm that optimizes a size of a register inserted during the division to improve a speed thereof and to detect an error of a received data in a high speed data communication apparatus.

摘要： A black matrix, a preparation method thereof and a display device employing the black matrix. The black matrix which is a black coating layer surrounding pixels of the display device, includes SiO which is a dielectric material and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), vanadium (V) and titanium (Ti). The black matrix has excellent thermal and chemical stability and is environmentally desirous by using a mixture of a nontoxic metal and a dielectric material. Also, the black matrix exhibits excellent adhesion to a substrate without an annealing process, is excellent in mechanical characteristic due to the absence of internal stress and is capable of being micro-patterned to have a particle size of 1 &mgr;m or less. When applied to the substrate of the display device, the black matrix exhibits excellent external light absorbing effect. Therefore, a display device having improved luminance and contrast characteristics can be attained.
