摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of producing a solid electrolyte with a uniform particle size distribution and a spherical shape. The method includes preparing a raw material comprising one or more of a lithium (Li) element, a phosphorus (P) element, or a sulfur(S) element, preparing a starting material comprising the raw material and a solvent, obtaining an intermediate in powder form by spray drying the starting material, and obtaining a sulfide-based solid electrolyte by heat treating the intermediate.

摘要: A solventlesss quantum dot composition, a method for preparing the same, and a cured film, a color filter, and a display device including the same are disclosed. The solventless quantum dot composition comprises quantum dots surface-modified with at least two ligands, has low viscosity and good optical properties, and can be prepared by synthesis of quantum dots (QDs), followed by direct ligand substitution in the solution, thereby securing a simplified preparation process.
