摘要: A dimmer circuit for at least one LED is disclosed. The LED is controlled by a TRIAC dimmer. A leakage current flows through the TRIAC dimmer if the TRIAC dimmer is off. The dimmer circuit include inputs for receiving a source of incoming AC power, a rectifier for receiving the source of incoming AC power and producing a DC voltage, a controller for receiving the DC voltage from the rectifier and providing a switching signal, a first circuit, and a loading circuit. The first circuit receives the switching signal from the controller. The first circuit includes a first switching element that is selectively activated based on the switching signal. The loading circuit receives the switching signal from the controller. The loading circuit includes a second switching element that is activated if the first switching element is deactivated. The loading circuit selectively provides a minimum loading current.

摘要: The present invention relates to an electrospinning device for fabricating a membrane, in particular, to an electrospinning device for fabricating membrane by using spinnerets aligned in machine direction (MD) and transverse direction (TD) in a high-voltage DC electric field, and to method for using the same. In addition to producing a single-layer nanofiber membrane from a polymer composite, the electrospinning device according to the present invention can also conveniently produce a multilayer composite nanofiber membrane from more than one polymer composites. The electrospinning device comprises a control section, an electrospinning section and an ancillary section. The electrospinning section comprises a MD spinnerets set and a TD spinnerets set that are alternately arranged and moves above a membrane collecting device in a to-and-fro scanning manner so as to improve the evenness and strength of the obtained membrane. The high-voltage DC electric field is applied between the MD and TD spinnerets sets and a stainless steel conveyer belt for collecting the membrane. A polymer solution supplied to the MD and TD spinnerets sets is split into nanoflows under the action of the electric field, accumulated on the stainless steel conveyer belt to form a membrane and carried to a collecting roller to be collected.

摘要: Techniques for generating optimized surgery schedules are described in various implementations. In one example implementation, a method that implements the techniques includes receiving a plurality of surgery scheduling requests for surgical procedures to be performed at a surgical facility having a plurality of operating rooms. The method also includes identifying resource constraints associated with the surgery scheduling requests, and identifying an optimization goal for the surgical facility, the optimization goal being defined using weighted optimization parameters. The method also includes generating a proposed surgery schedule for the surgical facility that includes sequencing and operating room assignments for each of the surgical procedures to be performed, the proposed surgery schedule satisfying the resource constraints and being optimized based on the optimization goal for the surgical facility. The method also includes simulating the proposed surgery schedule to determine expected operational metrics associated with the proposed surgery schedule.

More particularly, techniques are provided for decision support activation and management in accordance with a product life cycle management process such as a collaborative design process. In one aspect of the invention, a technique for managing at least one collaborative process performed in accordance with a first entity and at least a second entity, comprises the following steps/operations. Information associated with the at least one collaborative process is obtained. Based on at least a portion of the obtained information, an information structure (e.g., a context pyramid) representative of the collaborative process is dynamically maintained so as to assist at least one of the first entity and the second entity in managing at least a portion of the collaborative process.
