    摘要: A powder atomizer comprises a rotatable powder conveying brush operably associated with a powder supply. A powder receptacle has an inlet and an outlet. The powder conveying brush extends along the inlet and supplies powder to the receptacle. A rotatable powder metering brush is operatively associated with the outlet and withdraws powder from the receptacle. A rotatable powder atomizing brush is operatively associated with and receives powder from the metering brush and discharges the powder. A shoe is operatively associated with the atomizing brush, and is pivotable about a pivot axis between a first and a second position.

The invention also relates to a razor blade unit comprising a blade platform for at least one razor blade, a surface for slidably engaging the skin of a user and a coating on the surface for increasing the slideability of the surface. The coating comprises a water-soluble polymer or copolymer of poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone, at least one radically polymerizable vinyl monomer and a photoinitiator.

    摘要: Stiffening material is applied to the end of an elongate battery electrode sheath by spreading the material onto a disc in the form of an apertured circle. The circle is continually rotated in a horizontal plane. The battery sheaths are oriented vertically and are displaced so that the lower end of each sheath is passed into the material at one location thereof such that the material approaches one side of the sheath. The sheath is then passed into the material at another location thereof spaced from the first location so that material approaches another side of the sheath.
