摘要: In a semiconductor relay system for supply a power source to a lamp load under the on/off control by a microcomputer using a semiconductor relay, a method of cutting off a circuit under an overcurrent, a first prescribed value is which is a current value higher than a rated load current for the load and a maximum current value supplied to the lamp load, and a second prescribed value is set which is a current value between said first prescribed value and said rated current value; the current value flowing through the lamp load is sampled at predetermined time intervals and comparing the current value thus sampled with the second prescribed value; and when a higher current than said first prescribed value flows through the lamp load, the current supplied to the lamp load is controlled within a prescribed range between said first prescribed value and said second prescribed value, and when the sampled current value higher that said second prescribed value is counted by a prescribed number of times, the sampled current is decided as an overcurrent thereby cutting off the semiconductor relay to stop the current supply to said lamp load.

摘要: The invention provides a sintered ethylene polymer filter that is free from molding unevenness or defects and has ultrafine and uniform filter pore diameters. An ethylene polymer composition including an ethylene polymer with a specific shape and specific properties and an antistatic agent with a specific form is used as a material for a sintered filter. According to such a composition, the ethylene polymer particles achieve enhanced fluidity when being placed into a sintering mold. Thus, the composition gives a sintered filter that has an ultrafine pore diameter and a narrow pore diameter distribution and is free from molding unevenness or defects.

摘要: A multiplex transmission system in a vehicle, for transmitting data indicating an on/off state of an ignition switch, includes first and second power distributing units receiving first and second signals over first and second signal lines, respectively, indicating the on/off state of the switch. The first power distributing unit controls a first load in accordance with the on/off state of the switch indicated by the first signal. The first power distributing unit provides a third signal to the second power distributing unit over a multiplex transmission line indicating the on/off state of the switch. When either the second signal or the third signal indicates that the switch is in an on state, the second power distributing unit controls the second load in accordance with the on state of the switch. When the second power distributing unit fails to receive the third signal, the second power distributing unit controls the second load in accordance with the on/off state indicated by the second signal.
