    摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for three-dimensional coiling via structures. A substrate includes a plurality of insulating layers, a plurality of trace layers interleaved with the insulating layers, and a three-dimensional coiling via. The three-dimensional coiling via includes a plurality of electrically conductive traces and a plurality of electrically conductive vias through the insulating layers. The electrically conductive traces are present in at least two of the traces layers and are coupled together by the electrically conductive vias. The electrically conductive traces are arranged to form at least one partial turn around an axis through the substrate.

At least one discharge spark gap point is conductively coupled to a static discharge potential, where each discharge spark gap point is located in proximity to a respective conductive area spark gap point so as to support electrostatic breakdown at less than a determined voltage between the each discharge spark gap point and the respective conductive area spark gap point.

    摘要: A mask substrate, photomask and method for forming the same are provided. The photomask includes a substantially light transparent substrate and a circuitry pattern disposed over the light transparent substrate. The circuitry pattern includes a phase shifting layer disposed over the substantially light transparent substrate. A substantially light shielding layer is disposed over the phase shifting layer. At least one barrier layer is disposed over the substantially light shielding layer. An uppermost portion of the substantially light shielding layer does not comprise anti-reflective properties and the at least one barrier layer comprises an uppermost hardmask layer and an underlying anti-reflective layer.

    摘要: An improved handheld electronic device and camera apparatus upon which can be executed an improved method enable a modular camera to be used in conjunction with a flash. In one implementation, compensation parameters that are intended for use in a non-flash situation are overwritten with compensation parameters that are configured to compensate for the combined effects of the camera and the flash and are used by an embedded compensation routine executed on the camera. In another implementation, an image signal is processed by the embedded compensation routine using the original compensation parameters, but if it is determined that the image signal is a flash image signal, the image signal is further processed by the embedded compensation routine employing an additional set of parameters which compensate the image signal for the effect of the flash.
