The present invention relates to a catalyst comprising at least one IZM-2 zeolite, at least one amorphous matrix, at least one hydro-dehydrogenating element selected from the group formed by the elements from group VIB and from group VIII of the periodic table and excluding platinum and palladium. The catalyst also optionally contains a controlled quantity of at least one doping element selected from phosphorus, boron and silicon, optionally at least one element from group VB of the periodic table of the elements, and optionally a group VIIA element. The invention also relates to hydrocracking and hydrotreatment processes implementing this catalyst.

A catalyst that comprises at least one binder and at least one crystallized material with hierarchized and organized porosity in the fields of microporosity and mesoporosity is described, whereby said crystallized material consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said particles comprising a mesostructured silicon-oxide-based matrix that has a mesopore diameter of between 1.5 and 30 nm and that has microporous and crystallized walls with a thickness of between 1 and 60 nm, whereby said elementary spherical particles have a maximum diameter of 200 microns. Said catalyst is used in a process for oligomerization of an olefinic feedstock that contains hydrocarbon molecules that have 2 to 12 carbon atoms per molecule.

A process for preparing a gas oil cut comprises the following steps in succession: 1) oligomerizing an olefinic C2-C12 hydrocarbon cut, preferably C3-C7 and more preferably C3-C5; 2) separating the mixture of products obtained in step 1) into three cuts: a light cut containing unreacted C4 and/or C5 olefinic hydrocarbons, an intermediate cut having a T95 in the range 200-220° C. and a heavy cut comprising the complement; T95 being the temperature at which 95% by weight of product has evaporated, as determined in accordance with standard method ASTM D2887; 3) oligomerizing the intermediate cut obtained in the separation step; characterized in that in step 3), oligomerization is carried out in the presence of an olefinic C4 and/or C5 hydrocarbon cut in a weight ratio of intermediate cut to olefinic C4 and/or C5 cut in the range of 60/40 to 80/20.
