摘要: An indicator for the detection of hydrogen peroxide. It undergoes a color change according to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and this color change can be visually recognized with higher certainty. An ink composition for hydrogen peroxide detection is provided which comprises 1) at least one of styrene-acrylic resins and styrene-maleic acid resins and 2) a methine dye. A color change layer formed from the ink composition for hydrogen peroxide detection produces an effect that a color change according to, e.g., the concentration of hydrogen peroxide can be visually recognized.

摘要: Conventionally, there was a problem that in cases when it is difficult to place a temperature sensor in the vicinity of a heat-generating portion, overheating could not be prevented. Disclosed is an electric power steering control system including a torque sensor for detecting steering force of a steering system; a motor current determination unit for determining the motor current based on the steering force detected by the torque sensor; a temperature sensor for detecting an ambient temperature; a coefficient setting unit for setting a coefficient in accordance with the detected temperature obtained by means of the temperature sensor; a motor current detection unit for detecting a motor current being passed to a motor; a maximum current limit value calculation unit for calculating a maximum current limit value based on the detected current and the coefficient; a current limiting unit for selecting the smaller value between the motor current determined by the motor current determination unit and the maximum current limit value calculated and outputting this as a target current; and a motor current control section for passing the target current to the motor in such a way that the motor current is equal to the detected current, whereby a motor current limit being set according to temperature is applied.

摘要: A substrate treatment apparatus is disclosed. The substrate treatment apparatus has an electrostatic chuck mechanism, a grounding mechanism, and an electron beam radiating mechanism. The electrostatic chuck mechanism electrostatically sucks and holds a substrate under treatment. The grounding mechanism freely contacts a predetermined film of a plurality of films formed on a treatment surface of the substrate under treatment sucked and held by the electrostatic chuck mechanism. The electron beam radiating mechanism radiates a resist film formed on the treatment surface side of the substrate under treatment with an electron beam.

摘要: In a method of manufacturing a multilayer board, including: a drilling step for forming a via hole through a pre-preg by laser beam machining, a step of filling the via hole with conductive paste containing a resin component and metal powder, and a step of arranging copper layers or copper layer portions of patterned boards on and under the filled conductive paste and pressing the same, a multilayer printed wiring board superior in conductivity and long-term stability is obtained by using alloying paste as the conductive paste in which at least part of the metal powder is melted and the metal powders adjacent to each other are alloyed, using a pre-preg having a ratio A/B of at least 10 before subjected to preheating, where A is a storage modulus at an inflection point where the storage modulus changes from increasing to decreasing and B is a storage modulus at an inflection point where the storage modulus changes from decreasing to increasing in a temperature profile rising from 60° C. to 200° C., and preheating the pre-preg before the drilling step to reduce the ratio A/B to below 10.
