A solder apparatus includes a platform, an operating mechanism, a solder member, a heater, and a control box module. The control box module includes a temperature controller and a temperature sensor. The temperature controller defines a predetermined temperature. The temperature sensor is capable of measuring the temperature of the solder member. The temperature controller has the heater heat the solder member when the measured temperature of the solder member is lower than or equal to the predetermined temperature, and has the heater stop heating the solder member, when the measured temperature of the solder member is higher than the predetermined temperature.
Abstract:
An effective dose of a pharmaceutically acceptable phenylbutyrate salt such as sodium phenylbutyrate applied to human ocular tissues or through injection or other means prevents ocular hypertension and treats glaucoma in humans, leading to a new medical therapy for lowering the intraocular pressure via a mechanism different from the existing glaucoma medications. This compound can be formulated in combination with topical or other forms of steroids in prevention and treatment of steroid induced ocular hypertension and glaucoma.

A method and a system for transmitting multichannel data packets are disclosed in the present invention to implement the transmission of the multichannel data packets with the same network socket, and to improve the work efficiency of the multichannel data packet transmission. The method for transmitting multichannel data packets provided in the present invention comprises: creating a network socket which includes a routing cache array for caching the routing information of the multichannel data packets; acquiring the routing information of the multichannel data packets and adding the routing information to the routing cache array; acquiring the routing information of the multichannel data packets from the routing cache array when the multichannel data packets need to be transmitted and sending out the multichannel data packets according to the routing information.

For the thin-film thermo-electric generator and fabrication method of this invention, a P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer, an insulating thin-film layer and a N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer is deposited on a substrate to form a three-layer PN junction, multiple three-layer PN junctions in series are available, an insulating thin-film layer is provided between every to serial three-layer PN junctions, and electrodes are extracted from the substrate and the outermost thin-film layer of the last three-layer thin-film PN junctions. The present invention applies the deposition of P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer, an insulating thin-film layer and a N-type thereto-electric thin-film layer to form a three-layer PN junction, thus a thermo-electric generator is formed, during the deposition of the insulating thin-film layer, intentionally sheltering the substrate and one end of the deposited thin-film layer and depositing the P-type or N-type materials on the substrate and one end of the deposited thin-film layer directly, to form a connection of PN junction or a serial connection between two PN junction, the separate connection of the P-type or N-type materials is not required, simplifying the fabrication processes of the thin-film thermo-electric generator, owning to the function of the thin-film thermo-electric materials and serial connection structure of multiple three-layer PN junctions, the performance of the thin-film thermo-electric generator is greatly improved.

A printed circuit board (PCB) is disclosed. The PCB includes a dielectric layer, a power layer, a ground layer, and an electromagnetic interference reducing layer. The dielectric layer includes a central portion and a periphery portion surrounding the central portion. The dielectric layer defines a number of via holes through the periphery portion. The ground layer is adhered to a surface of the dielectric layer, covering both the central portion and the periphery portion. The power layer and the EMI reducing layer are separately adhered to another surface of the dielectric layer facing away from the conductive ground layer. The conductive power layer covers the central portion. The EMI reducing layer substantially covers the periphery portion and is electrically connected to the ground layer via the via holes.

An exemplary printed circuit board includes a substrate, a differential transmission line, and at least two weld pad pairs. The differential transmission line and the at least two weld pad pairs are disposed on the substrate. The differential transmission line includes two parallel signal conductors disposed on the substrate. Each of the two signal conductors is electrically connected to an edge of one of the weld pads of a respective pair of the at least two weld pad pairs. Thereby, the two signal conductors of the differential transmission line can extend in the same distance anywhere, particularly in the position where the two signal conductors pass the two weld pad pairs. As a result, the coupling performance and the capability of the differential transmission line to resist electromagnetic interference are both enhanced.

A method of control and management of production line. More than one performance indices are used to remind production management department to adjust process throughput and labor resources to avoid the occurrence of bottleneck machine. A performance index of equipment Ieq and a performance index of work in process Iwip are calculated to several parameters. When Ieq is larger than 1.0, the number of available machines is enough to reach the target. When Ieq is smaller than 1.0, it indicated the available machines are not enough, so that whether accelerating on-line speed is required or not has to be decided. Regarding Iwip, when Iwip is larger than 1.0, the target can be reached. On the contrary, if Iwip is smaller than 1.0, the target cannot be reached. The throughput has to be enhanced to reach the target.

For the present invention, a P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and a N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are respectively deposited on two sides of an insulating substrate. During the deposition, the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are deposited and connected on the same exposed side of the insulating substrate, and then a PN junction is formed. This method makes the fabrication simplified without special process for connecting the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer. Due to the features of thin-film thermo-electric material, the performance of thermo-electric generator is improved. During the deposition, the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are deposited and connected on the exposed side of the insulating substrate, so welding is not required in this heating surface side. The performance of thermo-electric generator fabricated in heating surface working temperature is accordingly greatly improved.
