    摘要: The present invention discloses an electrophoretic display and a driving met hod thereof, comprising: arranging each pixel electrode in the electrophoretic display to correspond to a pixel; determining a driving waveform of the electrophoretic display based on the initial gray level and the final gray level of the pixel, applying a display signal of the driving waveform to the pixel electrode, controlling the pixel whose gray level value needs to be changed; wherein the driving waveform comprises at least one gray level driving procedure, each driving procedure corresponds to a gray level changing direction, the final gray level is a gradually changing gray level in the gray level changing direction which the last driving procedure corresponds to. The present invention can realize relatively accurate control to the gray level change while keeping DC balance by means of the electrophoretic display and the driving method thereof when the screen is refreshed.

    摘要: A non-volatile memory including a substrate of a first conductivity type with first and second spaced apart regions formed therein of a second conductivity type with a channel region therebetween. A polysilicon metal gate word line is positioned over a first portion of the channel region and spaced apart therefrom by a high K dielectric layer. The metal portion of the word line is immediately adjacent to the high K dielectric layer. A polysilicon floating gate is immediately adjacent to and spaced apart from the word line, and positioned over and insulated from another portion of the channel region. A polysilicon coupling gate is positioned over and insulated from the floating gate. A polysilicon erase gate is positioned on another side of and insulated from the floating gate, positioned over and insulated from the second region, and immediately adjacent to but spaced apart from another side of the coupling gate.

    摘要: A RJ plug connector includes a plug body with a base section and a plurality of conductive contacts received in the base section. The base section defines a front mating face and a rear cavity. A latch with a lead-in is form on the top face to locking with a socket connector. The RJ connector further defines an optical fiber module which is incorporated with the latch adjacent to the lead-in and has a coupling interface at a front face of the latch. It not only can insure large capacity and high rate data transmission, but also can extend data transmission distance without loss.

The user equipment may include multiple SIMs, and the frequency control system may facilitate successful background page monitoring for a SIM that is not currently active. In particular, the frequency control system may track environmental factors that influence time base accuracy in the user equipment.
