摘要: A battery pack includes a battery assembly having a plurality of battery cells, a busbar module that includes a plurality of conductors and an insulating member which holds the conductors, a battery control unit provided at an end portion of the battery assembly in an arrangement direction of the battery cells, and an extraction conductor that connects a total electrode terminal connected to the battery assembly to a main circuit terminal of the battery control unit. The extraction conductor has a water escape portion which is located below an imaginary line connecting the total electrode terminal to the main circuit terminal, and an upper end of the water escape portion is formed at a location that is lower than a lower end of the main circuit terminal.

摘要: A busbar for being accommodated in a case includes a metal plate, a regulating portion and a connected portion. The regulating portion is provided at a part of an edge of the metal plate. The regulating portion has a burr extending in a direction opposite to an inserting direction in which the busbar is inserted into the case. The regulating portion is adapted to come in contact with a part of an inner wall of the case so as to regulate a position of the busbar. The connected portion is provided at a part of the edge of the metal plate. The connected portion has a burr extending in the inserting direction. The connected portion is adapted to be disposed so as not to contact the inner wall of the case.

摘要: A power supply system including a plurality of batteries includes a busbar, a terminal and a busbar module. The busbar connects a first electrode of one of the batteries with a second electrode of another one of the batteries. The terminal is mounted on the busbar and is contacted with the first electrode. The busbar module has a bulkhead defining a space accommodating the busbar. A locking member is extended from the bulkhead into the space and restricts the busbar. An abutment portion is provided at an edge part of the terminal. The abutment portion abuts the locking member when the terminal is rotated about the first electrode.

摘要: A power storage apparatus includes a power storage module having a plurality of power storage elements which are aligned in one direction; a device placed adjacently to the power storage module in the direction of the alignment of the power storage elements; a high-voltage cable used in charge and discharge of the power storage module; and a support structure configured to support the high-voltage cable at a plurality of points to position the high-voltage cable along a reference path. The high-voltage cable is configured to electrically connect an electrode terminal of the power storage module to the device. The electrode terminal is one of two electrode terminals of the power storage module and is located on a farther side of the power storage module from the device.

A tongue piece 43 around which a tape is wound together with the wires 17, is formed on the drawing section 35. The tongue piece 43 is bent in a direction opposite to a rising direction of the side wall 39 of the drawing section 35 so that a projection dimension of the tongue piece 43 is reduced.

摘要: A power supply device, which is simply assembled and in which a cell assembly and a measuring section are freely inserted and detached, is provided. A power supply device 1 includes a cell assembly 2, a plurality of first bus bars 51, a plate 3 to which the plurality of bus bars 51 are attached. The plate is overlapped on the cell assembly 2. The cell assembly 2 has a plurality of cells 21 respectively including positive electrodes 23 at one ends and negative electrodes 24 at the other ends. The first bus bars 51 connect the positive electrodes 23 of the one cells 21 to the negative electrodes 24 of the other cells 21 of the cell assembly 2 which are mutually adjacent when the plate 3 is overlapped or overlaid on the cell assembly 2. The power supply device 1 includes a positioning unit 71 that relatively positions the cell assembly 2 to the plate 3 and a guide unit 72 that guides the plurality of first bus bars 51 to positions where the first bus bars 51 connect the respectively corresponding positive electrodes 23 to the negative electrodes 24 when the plate 3 is attached to the cell assembly 2.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a battery connecting structure to prevent a joint between a terminal and an electric wire from getting wet with water. The battery connecting structure includes a plurality of bus bars connecting a plurality of batteries in series by connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the adjacent battery, said batteries overlapped with each other in a manner that the positive electrode and the negative electrode are arranged in the straight line alternately; a plurality of terminals respectively overlapped with each bus bar; a plurality of electric wires respectively connected with each terminal; and a plate receiving them. The plate includes a plurality of first receiving portion for receiving each bus bar and each terminal overlapped with the bus bar, a second receiving portion for receiving the electric wires connected to each terminal, and a plurality of third receiving portion for leading each electric wire connected to each terminal from each first receiving portion to the second receiving portion. Further, a bus bar connecting and a wire connecting portions of each terminal are received in each first receiving portion.

The terminals are connected to the busbars respectively to detect a voltage of the batteries. The wires are connected to the terminals respectively. The plates accommodate the busbar, the terminals and the wires, and provided above the battery unit. A connector connects the plates together.
