摘要: Disclosed is a remote monitoring diagnostic system in which a center and monitoring diagnostic units of a number of objects to be monitored are connected by a network. The center includes an algorithm forming unit for forming algorithms for monitoring, diagnosing, and operating each object to be monitored, a program group formation unit for forming monitoring, diagnostic, and operational programs from these algorithms, a transmitter for transmitting the programs in response to a request from the monitoring diagnostic unit, and a unit for forming information concerning prevention/maintenance form a diagnostic result and monitoring data from the monitoring diagnostic unit of each object to be monitored. The monitoring diagnostic unit of each object to be monitored includes a mobile program execution processor for executing the corresponding object to be monitored, and a transmitter for transmitting monitoring data to the center.

摘要: A gas exhaust structure of a battery includes a rupture valve formed in a battery body, and a pipe unit composed by integrating a coupling pipe and an exhaust pipe with each other. A one-side opening of the coupling pipe is coupled to the rupture valve. The exhaust pipe is coupled to an other-side opening of the coupling pipe, guides gas that spouts out from an inside of the battery body through the rupture valve and the one-side opening of the coupling pipe, and exhausts the gas to an outside. The exhaust pipe is arranged to be offset with respect to the rupture valve without allowing an extended line that passes through a center of the rupture valve and a centerline of the exhaust pipe to be perpendicular to each other.

摘要: Escalator operation sounds are collected by a remote sound-collecting device 15 or fixed sound-collecting devices 17 and 18, and stored in a data collecting device 21 of a diagnosis device 20. A processing device 22 extracts only abnormal sound components of the escalator operation sound by calculation of a difference between reference data and the sound data stored in the data collecting device 21. The processing device 22 determines an occurrence of an anomaly based on whether a maximum peak P of the abnormal sound components is higher than a predetermined threshold value Sh1. When determined that the anomaly has occurred, the processing device 22 investigates a correlation between a frequency analysis result on data around the maximum peak of the abnormal sound components and abnormal sound frequency patterns pre-stored by causes of anomalies, and estimates the cause of the anomaly based on the investigation.

摘要: An uninterruptive power supply is connected to an engraving apparatus. When power failure occurs, with supply of electric power from a back-up power source which is disposed within the uninterruptive power supply, a blank line detection part detects a closest blank line yet to be engraved, based on detection of the power failure by a power failure detection part. An engraving machine controller then ensures continued engraving up to the closest blank line and stops engraving. Following this, engraving is resumed after power supply is recovered.

In the battery module, a plurality of battery cells stacked one on another are disposed. The casing is installed while housing the battery module therein. 摘要: A passenger car of an elevator is transversely vibrated when it is hoisted up or down due to curves in guide rails and level differences at joints of the guide rails. An elevator vibration control apparatus of this invention employs a vibration or displacement sensor attached to a passenger car chamber to detect such transverse vibration of the passenger car. A controller calculates an operation quantity of an actuator to cancel the detected vibration of the passenger car. According to the calculated operation quantity, a servomotor is driven to displace the passenger car in a direction to cancel the transverse vibration and suppress force applied to the passenger car. As a result, the transverse vibration of the passenger car is reduced, and comfortableness of riding in the passenger car is improved.
