Abstract:
A working machine for a board including a working device that selectively performs work for mounting conductive balls on a circuit board by a ball holder and work for transferring viscous fluid onto the circuit board by transfer pins, and a tray in which the viscous fluid is stored, when the conductive balls are to be mounted on the circuit board, the viscous fluid being transferred onto the circuit board by the transfer pins and the conductive balls having been immersed in the viscous fluid are mounted on the transferred viscous fluid. Accordingly, the conductive balls can be fixed onto the circuit board by the viscous fluid, which is transferred onto the circuit board by the transfer pins, and the viscous fluid that adheres to the conductive balls due to the immersion of the conductive balls in the viscous fluid.
Abstract:
A monocarbonate represented by the formula (R.sup.1).sub.n Ph--O(R.sup.2 O).sub.m --CO--O--CH.sub.2 --C(R.sup.3)(R.sup.4)(R.sup.5), a lubricating oil containing this monocarbonate, and a process for preparing a composition of this monocarbonate, a monocarbonate to which are bonded, via carbonic acid, two (R.sup.5)(R.sup.4)(R.sup.3)C--CH.sub.2 -- groups and a monocarbonate to which are bonded, via carbonic acid, two (R.sup.1).sub.n Ph--(OR.sup.2).sub.m -- groups. The monocarbonate exhibits excellent lubricating property, cleaning property and electrically insulating property, exhibits excellent compatibility with hydrogenated fluorocarbons such as R-134a, and can be favorably used as a lubricating oil for refrigerators such as electric refrigerators and air conditioners for room.
Abstract:
The polycarbonates of the present invention include those of sucrose series having a specific cyclic structure, those of oligosaccharide and monosaccharide series other than the sucrose series, those derived from specific saccharides having no cyclic structure, those having a skeletal structure of pentaerythritol, neopentyl glycol or trimethylolmethane, and specific dicarbonates. The lubricating oil and electrical insulating oil of the invention contain the above-mentioned polycarbonates. The polycarbonates of tile invention are excellent in compatibility with Freon R-134a (HFC) as well as in lubricating properties, detergency and electrical insulating properties, and are capable of providing lubricating oil for refrigerator, automotive engine oil, automotive gear oil, lubricating oil for rolling and lubricating oil for fiber, especially lubricating oil for which electrical insulating properties are required, and electrical insulating oil.
Abstract:
The present invention provides lubricant oil compositions comprising a polyalkylene glycol carbonate. The lubricant oil compositions are useful for industrial gear oil, automotive gear oil, and lubricant oil for refrigerators, rolling installations and fibers, which are excellent in lubricating properties and detergency. The present invention also relates to lubricant oil compositions which comprise a polyalkylene glycol polycarbonate having mutual solubility with an ozone layer-nondestructive Freon such as Freon R-134a, and which are accordingly especially suited for refrigerators using hydrogenated fluorocarbon as a refrigerant. A polyalkylene glycol carbonate according to the invention comprises a polyoxypropylene group in the molecular chain and an alkyl group and an alkyloxyalkylene group at the molecular terminals. This invention provides a process for preparing said polyalkylene glycol polycarbonate wherein a polypropylene glycol and a carbonate are allowed to react, said reaction including condensation polymerization. The invention also provides a process without condensation polymerization for preparing a polyalkylene glycol polyol wherein a polyol and a carbonate is allowed to react in the presence of a basic catalyst while a produced alcohol is being distilled off, the catalyst is removed then, and the unreacted carbonate is eliminated.

Abstract:
A sustained-release tablet is disclosed. The tablet is a combination of powder (A) comprising an oil component, water insoluble polymer, or both, and a pharmaceutically active component and powder (B) comprising a water soluble polymer and a pharmaceutically active component. An ideal release rate for individual pharmaceutically active component can easily be ensured by controlling its release rate by changing the ratio of powders (A) and (B).
