A flash memory device performs an erase operation by execution of an over program. device. In response to an erase request directed to requested page data a logical page address is converted to a corresponding physical page address, an over program data pattern for an over program operation is generated, and the over program operation is executed using the PPA to change a threshold voltage distribution for at least one memory cell of the requested page data in accordance with the over program data pattern.

The boundary region is between the cell region and the peripheral circuit region. The plurality of memory cell arrays are on the cell region. The air gap structure includes a trench formed in the boundary region of the substrate. The air gap structure defines an air gap.

The liquid crystal display of the present invention includes: a liquid crystal panel including vertical alignment liquid crystals encapsulated between a first substrate and a second substrate; a first compensation layer stacked on one side of the first layer; a first polarizing layer stacked on one side of the first compensation layer; a second compensation layer stacked on one side of the second substrate; and a second polarizing layer stacked on one side of the second compensation layer, wherein the first compensation layer includes a polyimide copolymer, and the polyimide copolymer is a copolymer of a monomer mixture including maleimide compounds and aromatic vinyl compounds. The liquid crystal display provides significantly improved lateral viewing angle.

The sample preconcentrator in which a sample gas injection port is coupled to a dried gas supply source and a gas analysis system to concentrate a sample gas comprises a sample concentrating unit containing an absorbent that is composed of carbon nanotube-metal nanocomplex; a conduit switching valve for selectively coupling the sample gas injection port to the dried gas supply source and the gas analysis system and controlling the absorption and desorption of the sample gas from the sample concentrating unit; and a plurality of conduits for connecting the sample gas injection port, the dried gas supply source, the gas analysis system, the sample concentrating unit and the conduit switching valve.

Disclosed are an apparatus and method of cell-based path planning for a mobile body and a computer-readable recording medium storing the method therein. The method includes receiving a configuration space including a start point and a goal point of the mobile body and position information of obstacles, determining a search order of the obstacles located in the configuration space, performing cell decomposition by repeatedly connecting a vertex of one of the obstacles to a vertex of another obstacle according to the determined search order, and performing cell decomposition by making an extended line from each of non-connected vertices in a direction of dividing vertical angle of each of the non-connected vertices into two.
