    摘要: In order to keep the advantage of PWM dimming control scheme and make the LED driver high reliability and the LED lamp long lifetime, it is required that the frequency of PWM dimming control scheme is related with or the same as the output frequency of existed dimmers; and the output PWM dimming pulse is covered by the output pulse from dimmers further. The present invention discloses a novel “LED dimming control” scheme to make that the frequency of PWM dimming control scheme is related with or the same as the output frequency of dimmers; and the output PWM dimming pulse is covered by the output pulse from the dimmers further. In this way, it can guarantee that as PWM dimming pulse comes, the output from the dimmer can offer enough power to the LED driver and the LED driver can output the required LED driving current without flicker.

    摘要: Sequences of B12-dependent dehydratases with improved reaction kinetics are presented. Use of these B12-dependent dehydratases reduce the rate of the enzyme's suicide inactivation in the presence of glycerol and 1,3-propanediol. The enzymes were created using error-prone PCR and oligonucleotide-directed mutagenesis to target the DhaB1 gene, which encodes the α-subunit of glycerol dehydratase. Mutants with improved reaction kinetics were rapidly identified using high throughput assays.

    摘要: A high speed connector includes a male connector portion and a female connector portion. The male connector portion includes a male-portion housing and high-speed male terminals and other male terminals received in the male-portion housing. The female connector portion includes a female-portion housing and high-speed female terminals and other female terminals received in the female-portion housing. The high-speed male and female terminals both include a fixing section for fixing the terminals in the respective housings. The high-speed male and female terminals both include flat-structured terminals and deviated-structured terminals. The fixing section of the the flat-structured terminal is located on the same plane as other sections of the terminal, while the fixing section of the deviated-structured terminal is deviated sidways with respect to the other sections. Such an alternating arrangement allows the connector to be minatruized and interference and loss of signals transmitted therethrough are reduced.

The method involves the design of unpaired forward and reverse primers having homology to the 5′ end of one template and to the 3′ end of another template. Short primer extension periods results in a recombined template having paired 5′ and 3′ ends that can then be amplified. The amplified sample is devoid of any parental template.
