A semiconductor package and method of assembling a semiconductor package includes encapsulating a first pre-packaged semiconductor die stacked on top of and interconnected with a second semiconductor die. The first packaged semiconductor die is positioned and fixed relative to a lead frame with a temporary carrier such as tape. The second semiconductor die is attached and interconnected directly to the first packaged semiconductor die and lead frame. The interconnected first packaged die and second semiconductor die, and lead frame are encapsulated to form the semiconductor package. Different types of semiconductor packages such as quad flat no-lead (QFN) and ball grid array (BGA) may be formed, which provide increased input/output (I/O) count and functionality.

Techniques for extended enterprise connector framework are described herein. According to one embodiment, a Java proxy is generated in a form of Java beans at a Web server as a mid-layer, using an enterprise connector. The enterprise connector provides object oriented classes that encapsulate specific function calls of a Java connector which represents a set of proprietary APIs (application programming interfaces) to access RFC modules of a backend enterprise system. A JavaScript proxy is generated for a frontend client that communicates with the Web server over the Web using a DWR (direct Web remoting) mechanism to allow the JavaScript proxy to directly access the Java proxy of the mid-layer via an AJAX (asynchronous Java and extensible markup language or XML) communication mechanism, where the JavaScript is invoked by a Web application of the frontend client at runtime. Other methods and apparatuses are also described.

A catalyst for catalytic esterification and acylation reaction is prepared by the steps of adding a divinyl benzene monomer into a solvent prepared by mixing azobisisobutyronitrile, tetrahydrofuran and water, performing hydrothermal treatment at the normal temperature under the constant pressure, and volatilizing the solvent at the room temperature to obtain polydivinylbenzene; grinding the polydivinylbenzene into 200-mesh powder and performing degassing treatment under the nitrogen condition; adding polydivinylbenzene blocks into 1,1′,2-methyl chloroform to explode and crack into small blocks, wherein the small blocks swell; evenly mixing 1,1′,2-methyl chloroform and concentrated sulfuric acid, adding silver sulfate serving as a catalyst, adding processed polydivinylbenzene, performing sulfonation, filtering and washing with dioxane and water till it is neutral, performing drying, using dilute sulphuric acid to activate, performing washing till the it is neutral and performing drying. The catalyst is used for the catalytic esterification and the acylation reaction and has high catalytic activity and conversion rate.

A system and method is disclosed for testing a communication device. In accordance with the described invention, a single vector signal generator (VSG) is utilized to test manufactured 2x2, 3x2 and 4x2 MIMO wireless devices to identify possible manufacturing defects that may impair or disable the device under test (DUT) receivers from properly receiving constituted MIMO TX signals and accurately decoding the bits/symbols conveyed by transmitted TX signals. Disclosed embodiments may include a VSG coupled to a DUT. The VSG being configured to transmit data packets as a first codeword and a second codeword, wherein the VSG includes software and hardware architecture to manipulate the first codeword and the second codeword as emulated first and second waveforms, wherein the first waveform is different than the second waveform. The DUT being configured to receive the emulated first and second waveforms as prescribed signals from the VSG. The prescribed signals including a first received signal and a second received signal, wherein the DUT includes software and hardware architecture to manipulate the first received signal and the second received signal to generate block error rate results therefrom.
