    摘要: A liquid processing apparatus is arranged to planarize a film on a substrate by supplying onto the film a process liquid for dissolving the film while rotating the substrate. The apparatus includes a substrate holding member configured to rotatably hold the substrate in a horizontal state, a rotation mechanism configured to rotate the substrate holding member, and a liquid supply mechanism configured to supply the process liquid onto a surface of the substrate. The liquid supply mechanism includes first and second liquid delivery nozzles configured to deliver the same process liquid. The first liquid delivery nozzle has a smaller diameter and provides a smaller delivery flow rate, as compared to the second liquid delivery nozzle. The first liquid delivery nozzle is inclined to deliver the process liquid in a rotational direction of the substrate, and is movable between a center of the substrate and a peripheral edge thereof.

    摘要: The present invention provides a magnetic recording medium which enables improvement of the layer quality of magnetic layer grown on the surface of a soft magnetic underlayer by conducting excellent control of crystal orientation by imparting an optimal half-width of the Rocking curve (Δθ50), as well as obtainment of SNR that suppresses generation of TA and enables realization of high-density recording. The magnetic recording medium includes a soft magnetic underlayer, an orientation control layer, a perpendicular magnetic recording layer, and a protective layer, which are disposed on top of a non-magnetic substrate; wherein the magnetic anisotropy ratio (Hmr/Hmc) of the soft magnetic underlayer is 1 or less, and Δθ50 is 1 to 6 degrees. The soft magnetic underlayer is formed on the primary surface of the non-magnetic substrate where the primary surface has been polished one substrate at a time by a sheet-type texture processing device using polishing tape and a slurry containing colloidal silica abrasive grain.

Impurities of a second conductivity type are implanted to the first electric field relaxation layers at a first surface density, widths of which becoming smaller as apart from the active region. Impurities of the second conductivity type are implanted to the second electric field relaxation layers at a second surface density lower than the first surface density, widths of which becoming larger as apart from the active region.
