The schedule input means (106) requires a user to input schedule information which defines operation of the device for each unit time in the predetermined time period. The simulating means (108) calculates power consumption (prediction value) used in the device which operates in accordance with the schedule information input via the schedule input means (106), on the basis of the measurement value. Also provided is a process for holding a substrate on the electrostatic chuck. The electrostatic chuck exhibits excellent cooling performance and insulation performance, and is ideal for holding a substrate during the production of a semiconductor integrated circuit.

A remote control signal generated by converting the stored function code is transmitted after the completion of the preceding transmission process. If the control switch is operated twice to unlock all the doors of a vehicle, the doors other than that beside a driver's scat are unlocked by a transmission process corresponding to the second operation of the control switch after the door beside the driver's seat is unlocked in response to the first operation of the control switch.

    摘要: The electroconductive silicone rubber composition of the invention is prepared by compounding a diorganopolysiloxane with each a specified amount of spherical particles of a cured silicone elastomer, metallic electroconductivity-imparting agent, e.g., metal powder, and a curing agent, e.g., organic peroxide. The composition has good molding workability and is capable of giving a cured electroconductive silicone rubber body having good mechanical properties along with high electroconductivity despite the formulation including the metal powder. Improvements can be obtained in the elastic resilience and permanent compression set of the cured silicone rubber body by the admixture of the composition with a specific liquid organosilicon compound having a phenyl group or an alkyl group of 3 to 10 carbon atoms bonded to the silicon atoms.
