    摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to controlling autonomous vehicles to provide automated emergency response functions. A computing platform may receive vehicle data associated with a vehicle from an on-board vehicle monitoring system associated with the vehicle. Subsequently, the computing platform may detect an occurrence of an emergency at a location. Thereafter, the computing platform may select an autonomous vehicle to respond to the emergency at the location based on autonomous vehicle state information. Then, the computing platform may generate one or more dispatch commands directing the autonomous vehicle to move to the location and execute one or more emergency response functions. Subsequently, the computing platform may send, to an on-board autonomous vehicle control system associated with the autonomous vehicle, the one or more dispatch commands directing the autonomous vehicle to move to the location and execute the one or more emergency response functions.

The in-vehicle device may be configured to receive vehicle telematics data from the data collection device and the processor may process the telematics data in real time and cause the telematics data to be displayed on the graphical user interface.     摘要: An enhanced roadside assistance system may modify service provider role assignments in roadside assistance accounts. The system may be configured to modify a service provider role assignment associated with a roadside assistance account by assigning a service provider role to each of a plurality of service providers. The system may receive a service request from a roadside assistance device for an individual associated with a vehicle. The system may identify one or more of the service providers offering a type of service indicated by the service request. Based on the service provider role assignment, the system may transmit a notification of the service request to at least one of a plurality of computing devices associated with one of the service providers. The system may receive a response comprising one or more discounts and transmit the response to the roadside assistance device for presentation to the individual.

    摘要: Systems and apparatuses for capturing an image of a vehicle for which roadside assistance is being requested are provided. The image may be captured by a mobile device and the mobile device may geotag location information to the image. The image and associated geotag location information may then be processed to determine a location of the vehicle and a roadside assistance issue for which service is being requested. The image may be further analyzed to determine a context including, a make, model and/or year of the vehicle, whether special equipment is needed to service the vehicle, whether the vehicle is located in a particular situation (e.g., within a structure, in a ditch, or the like). The information obtained from the image may be used to determine a type of service to provide to the vehicle and to identify one or more service providers to dispatch to the vehicle.
