    摘要: The invention relates to a suspended control device (20) which is suspended by means of a control line (1, 24) connected to a unit to be controlled (21). Said suspended control device is especially a control switch or a suspended push-button switch for controlling hoisting equipment, the control line (1, 24) comprising electrical lines (2) for transmitting control signals, and a traction relief element (22) which is supported at the top, on the unit (21), and used to absorb weight and tractive forces. The aim of the invention is to provide a suspended control device (20) whereby the length of the control line (1, 24) can be easily changed. To this end, a storage element for receiving and releasing a defined length of the electrical lines (2) is provided behind the region wherein the traction relief element (22) is supported, seen in the direction of the unit (21) from the suspended control device (20).

    摘要: A process and apparatus for determining a load on a lifting mechanism including a load measuring device and a three-phase induction motor operable for lifting and lowering the load. The effective power consumption of the induction motor is determined by the load measuring device based on a measured current and measured voltage of the induction motor. The measured effective power consumption is then compared with a reference power, which is calculated as the power output of the induction motor driving a nominal load of the lifting mechanism, to calculated an instantaneous load on the lifting mechanism. The inventive apparatus and process advantageously requires no modifications or additions to load carrying parts of a lifting mechanism or carrying gear and provides accurate real time measurement of the load.

    摘要: In this method and apparatus for the wireless control of a lift device and, in particular, of a traveling crane, a plurality of transmitting units communicate by infrared transmission of data telegrams to a receiving unit associated with the crane. The data telegrams include an integrated address signal that is unique to each transmitting unit and is stored in a memory module of the transmitting unit. The receiving unit decodes the data telegram and, if the crane is not then in use, stores the address signal in a comparison circuit of the receiving unit. Only subsequently-received data telegrams incorporating the stored address signal are passed to the crane for controlling the crane, thereby assuring that a user not then in control of a crane operation cannot interfere with its operation. Each transmitting unit also includes a user-operable release switch for releasing that user's control of the crane by clearing the address signal then stored in the comparison unit so as to permit control of the crane by other users through other transmitting units.

    摘要: A measurement device is furnished at a lifting means, in particular at a lifting rope, subjected to a load and used in hoisting machines. A support element (5) is disposed at the hoisting device and is attached with at least two force transducers (1) via in each case a support hinge (4). The free ends (3) of the force transducers (1) are joined to each other via a common hinge (9). The lifting means (10) engages at the hinge (9). The force transducers (1) are connected for transferring the force-proportional measurement signals to a signal processing means (12-15). This provides a measurement device and a measurement method which achieves reliable and relevant measurement values with high precision and accuracy. The measurement device is further capable of capturing and determining the forces present at lifting means, and in particular at lifting rope, including the gravity weight force of the load attached to the lifting means, and of the pendulum angle of the lifting means, as well as furnishing a measurement value transducer for a pendulum balancing control system.
