Abstract: A catheter management clip is provided which provides at least one curved clip on the handle of a device requiring a catheter. The placement of the curved clip on the handle allows the looping of the catheter from either the top opening or bottom opening of the clip and therefore the catheter can be used by both left and right handed users. In one preferred embodiment, a clip is located on either side of the handle and oriented so that the two clips are pointed in the same direction. In another embodiment, two clips are located on the same side of the handle and are connected so that the openings of the two clips are pointing in opposite directions.

Abstract: The present embodiments provide systems and methods suitable for delivering a therapeutic agent to a target site. In one example, the system comprises a container for holding the therapeutic agent, and a pressure source having pressurized fluid, wherein the pressure source is in selective fluid communication with at least a portion of the container. A catheter is placed in fluid communication with the container, and has a lumen sized for delivery of the therapeutic agent to a target site. A housing is configured to securely retain the container. The system further comprises a camera having a camera head coupled to the catheter, wherein the camera provides a visual image of the target site during delivery of the therapeutic agent.

Abstract: The present embodiments provide a system for facilitating closure of a bodily opening. In one embodiment, the system comprises an anchor having a deployed state dimensioned for engaging tissue surrounding the opening, a first tether coupled to the anchor and extending proximally therefrom, and a graft member comprising a first bore disposed therein. The anchor may comprise a width that is larger than a width of the opening such that the anchor is disposed securely within or distal to the opening. The first tether is dimensioned to be disposed through the first bore in the graft member, such that the graft member is advanced distally over the first tether. The graft member then may be secured to the anchor. Various anchor designs are provided along with a supporting framework that may be coupled to the graft member.

Abstract: Electrotherapeutic systems, devices, and methods are described. In one embodiment, a portion of a hepatic branch of a vagus nerve in a liver is stimulated with a lead implanted in the liver. In another embodiment, a stimulation member is delivered to a location in the gastrointestinal tract and implanted in a target area endoscopically and under ultrasound visualization. In another embodiment, a stimulation device is magnetically coupled to a stimulation member in order to electrically couple stimulation generation circuitry with a lead implanted in a target area.

Abstract: An expandable dilation member may include a proximally-tapered portion to dilate a stricture. The dilation member may be distally advanced in an unexpanded state over a wire guide through the stricture. The dilation member may then be configured in an expanded state, where the dilation member has a longitudinal profile that includes the proximally-tapered portion. A handle assembly proximally pulls the dilation member in the expanded state. In response, the proximally-tapered portion engages with and biases the stricture. When biasing the stricture, the proximally-tapered portion exerts a plurality of different types of forces, including a shearing force, a radial force, and in some procedures, a torsional force. In some embodiments, the proximally-tapered portion has a continuous taper from a smallest diameter to a largest diameter. In other embodiments, the proximally-tapered portion has at least one constant-diameter portion longitudinally disposed in between the smallest diameter and the largest diameter.
