    摘要: The welding filter device includes a light sensor, a microprocessor, a liquid crystal display, and a user interface. The light sensor senses light to generate a welding signal and a light source intensity signal. The microprocessor comprises a determining module, a control module, a regulating module, and a storage module. The determining module receives the welding signal and determines whether to activate a welding mechanism. The control module receives the light source intensity signal and outputs a control signal. The liquid crystal display presents a first display status according to the control signal. The user interface is used to generate a setting signal; wherein when the liquid crystal display presents the first display status, the regulating module receives the setting signal to regulate the settings so that the liquid crystal display presents a second display status. Furthermore, a method for controlling the welding filter device is also disclosed herein.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a fan control system. The fan control system includes a first micro controller, a second micro controller and a first logic circuit. The first micro controller provides at least one first control signal. The second micro controller is connected to the first micro controller. The second micro controller detects operational status of the first micro controller, and provides at least one second control signal. The first logic circuit receives the first control signal and the second control signal to process logic operation and to generate at least one driving signal to fan. The fan control system of the invention utilizes two micro controllers, when one of the two micro controllers malfunctions, the first logic circuit allows the other micro controller to continue proper operation of the fan, thereby preventing the problem of insufficient heat dissipation that results from malfunction of the single micro controller of a conventional fan control system.

    摘要: An LED chip package structure includes a ceramic substrate, a conductive unit, a hollow ceramic casing, many LED chips, and a package colloid. The ceramic substrate has a main body, many protrusions extended from the main body, many penetrating holes respectively penetrating through the protrusions, and many half through holes formed on a lateral side of the main body and respectively formed between each two protrusions. The conductive unit has many first conductive layers respectively formed on the protrusions, many second conductive layers respectively formed on inner surfaces of the half through holes and a bottom face of the main body, and many third conductive layers respectively filled in the penetrating holes. The hollow ceramic casing is fixed on the main body to form a receiving space. The LED chips is received in the receiving space. The package colloid is filled in the receiving space for covering the LED chips.

In a method of manufacturing frame body of the LED, resin, titanium, and fluorescent powder are mixed uniformly to constitute a composition of frame body, then the composing materials being placed into a mould for processing a thermally pressing procedure to thus form a frame body. By the blue light emitted from the blue light-emitting crystal, the fluorescent powder of the frame body may be excited to emit uniform yellow light, which may be further mixed with the blue light to become white light.
