A respiratory function testing system includes an air transforming device, a sound reception device and an operation device. The air transforming device is configured to collect exhaled and/or inhaled air for a predetermined period and generate a wide frequency range sound signal according to the collected respired air. The wide frequency range sound signal at least contains an ultrasonic signal. The sound reception device is configured to receive and record the wide frequency range sound signal as an audio file. The operation device is in communication with the sound reception device and is configured to receive and compute the audio file to generate a respiratory function parameter. Besides, the recorded wide frequency range sound signal may be converted into a spectrogram for further applications, and the computation of the audio file can be replaced by analyzing the spectrogram. A respiratory function testing method corresponding to the respiratory function testing system is also provided.

Method of delivering the object related message by using the format of the wide-frequency sound signal is proposed. Due to both the well-known Doppler effect and the well-known phenomena that the intensity is inversely proportional to the distance in the three-dimensional space, the transmitted wide-frequency sound signal itself indicates some properties of the objected attached by the wide-frequency sound signal transmitter, such as the motion and the distance. Besides, the delivered wide-frequency sound signal also carries the contents detected by one or more corresponding detectors. Such method has many possible applications, such as intelligent fitness equipment, health care, indusial application and so on.

The welding filter device includes a light sensor, a microprocessor, a liquid crystal display, and a user interface. The light sensor senses light to generate a welding signal and a light source intensity signal. The microprocessor comprises a determining module, a control module, a regulating module, and a storage module. The determining module receives the welding signal and determines whether to activate a welding mechanism. The control module receives the light source intensity signal and outputs a control signal. The liquid crystal display presents a first display status according to the control signal. The user interface is used to generate a setting signal; wherein when the liquid crystal display presents the first display status, the regulating module receives the setting signal to regulate the settings so that the liquid crystal display presents a second display status. Furthermore, a method for controlling the welding filter device is also disclosed herein.

The second micro controller detects operational status of the first micro controller, and provides at least one second control signal. The first logic circuit receives the first control signal and the second control signal to process logic operation and to generate at least one driving signal to fan. The fan control system of the invention utilizes two micro controllers, when one of the two micro controllers malfunctions, the first logic circuit allows the other micro controller to continue proper operation of the fan, thereby preventing the problem of insufficient heat dissipation that results from malfunction of the single micro controller of a conventional fan control system.
