At least one semiconductor chip of the semiconductor chip stack includes a plurality of first chip pads disposed near or closer to a third side of the package. The redistribution structure includes a first redistribution pad disposed near or closer to the first side and electrically connected to the first lead, a second redistribution pad disposed near or closer to the second side and electrically connected to the second lead, and a third redistribution pad disposed near or closer to the third side and electrically connected to a first one of the first chip pads and the first redistribution pad.

摘要： Disclosed are a system and a method for receiving an MBMS broadcasting service. In the present invention, in a mobile communication/wireless communication system, an MBMS service is provided by synchronizing a unicast bearer with a multicast bearer through scheduling information mapping at the time of transmitting a broadcast/multicast service through a unicast. Further, the present invention presents even a method for improving quality of experience (QoE) of the service by providing the MBMS service through the multicast bearer and the unicast bearer simultaneously. According to the present invention, MBMS services of various service qualities can be provided depending on wireless quality of a terminal or the capability of the terminal at the time of providing the MBMS service.

摘要： A method and a 3D display apparatus for processing a stereoscopic image signal in high rate by software while using a least number of hardware components in a portable 3D display apparatus based on a mobile Android platform are provided. This method is suitable for a portable terminal apparatus equipped with a kernel layer directly controlling hardware means including a display panel, and an application/middleware layer controlling the kernel layer to display a motion picture through the hardware means. One or more plane image surfaces are first generated from the application/middleware layer and stored in a first frame buffer. An encoded image signal is decoded under the application/middleware layer to restore a YUV image signal representing a stereoscopic image pair. Subsequently, the YUV image signal is converted into an RGB image signal, and left and right images of the RGB image signal are mixed at the kernel layer.
