The interchange part swaps a refrigerant about a width direction of a core. Refrigerant passages relevant to the interchange part are configured to improve refrigerant distribution. Abstract: A carbon nanotube attached member has a substrate, which is mainly made of aluminum, and a aligned CNT film which is aligned along an alignment direction ORD. A carbon nanotube/CNT, which forms the aligned CNT film, has a length of 200 micrometers or longer. The CNT is synthesized starting from a mixed gas of acetylene, hydrogen, and argon. Furthermore, carbon dioxide is added to maintain catalyst activity. A ratio of acetylene:carbon dioxide is adjusted from 1:10 to 1:300. The aligned CNT film is partially formed. The formation range of the aligned CNT film is set by inhibiting synthesis and/or aligned growth of the CNT by a rough surface or a carbon-containing substance.

Abstract: A cold storage heat exchanger includes multiple refrigerant tubes, a cold storage container, an inner fin, a cooling air passage and an air-side fin. The inner fin is arranged inside of the cold storage container. The cooling air passage, in which air flows to cool a space, is provided to contact a surface of the refrigerant tube on a side opposite to the cold storage container. The air-side fin is arranged in the cooling air passage and thermally connected to the refrigerant tube. The cold storage container includes multiple recess portions bonded to the inner fin, and multiple protrusion portions located on an outer side of the recess portions. The protrusion portions of the cold storage container are bonded to an outer surface of the refrigerant tube.

Abstract: The seat air conditioner configured to supply conditioning air to a seat in a vehicle cabin includes a refrigeration cycle, an air blower, and a conditioning air supply unit. The refrigeration cycle includes a compressor that compresses and discharges a refrigerant, a heat emitting portion that emits heat of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to generate a warm air, a decompressor that decompresses the refrigerant flowing out of the heat emitting portion, and a heat absorbing portion that evaporates the refrigerant decompressed by the decompressor to generate a cold air. The air blower blows air to exchange heat with the refrigerant. The conditioning air supply unit supplies each of the warm air generated by the heat emitting portion and the cold air generated by the heat absorbing portion as the conditioning air to the seat.

Abstract: A refrigerant heat exchanger has the passage defining member. The passage defining member is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. The passage defining member has a tube portion defining a refrigerant passage. The passage defining member has the plate portion which spreads from the tube portion. In the tube portion, carbon fibers are oriented to surround the tube portion. This orientation contributes to a pressure resisting performance in a radial direction of the tube portion. In the plate portion, the carbon fibers are oriented to protrude from the tube portion. This orientation contributes to improve mechanical strength in the plate portion. The carbon fibers are extended over both the tube portion and the plate portion. This orientation promotes thermal transfer over the tube portion and the plate portion.
