摘要: An ejector has a swirling space, a pressure reducing space, a suction passage, a pressure increasing space, a nozzle passage, a diffuser passage, a passage forming member that forms the nozzle passage and the diffuser passage, and a vibration suppressing portion that suppresses a vibration of the passage forming member. The vibration suppressing portion has (i) a first elastic member that applies a load to the passage forming member in a direction in which an area of a cross section perpendicular to the direction of the central axis of the nozzle passage and the diffuser passage decreases and (ii) a second elastic member that applies a load to the passage forming member in a direction opposite from the direction in which the first elastic member applies the load to the passage forming member.

摘要: A valve seat has an inner passage and outer passages. A suction valve member has first passages and a first projection portion that guides, to the first passages, the fuel that flows from a pressure chamber at the time of valve opening. Therefore, an action force by the dynamic pressure applied to the suction valve member in the valve closing direction is reduced. An action force by the pressure of fuel that flows into pressure equalization grooves counterbalances the action force by the dynamic pressure of the suction valve member. Therefore, self-closing by the dynamic pressure can be inhibited, and the maximum output of an electromagnetic driving unit can be reduced. Fuel flow through a passage radially outside the suction valve member and the firs passages. A fluid passage area is securable even when a lift amount of the suction valve member is small.

摘要: During a pressurization stroke of a high-pressure pump, a cylinder inner wall and a plunger receive a fuel pressure from the pressurization chamber. Meanwhile, an upper housing does not receive the fuel pressure from the pressurization chamber, so that its thickness can be made thin. A cylinder is comprised of a bottom portion, a cylindrical portion and a large-diameter cylindrical portion. When inserting the large-diameter cylindrical portion into a large engaging hole, the bottom portion and the cylindrical portion are not brought into contact with a lower housing. A high liquid-tightness between the bottom portion, the cylindrical portion and a small engaging hole can be ensured.

摘要: A valve body is provided with a discharge relief portion. A relief valve outlet is formed in an end face thereof on a central axis of the valve body. Discharge valve inlets are point-symmetrically formed with respect to the central axis. A discharge valve outlet is formed in another end face thereof and relief valve inlets are point-symmetrically formed with respect to the central axis. A discharge valve outlet and the discharge valve inlets communicate with each other. A flow of fuel from a pressurization chamber to a fuel discharge port is restricted by a discharge valve member capable of closing the discharge valve outlet. The relief valve outlet and the relief valve inlets communicate with each other. A flow of fuel from the fuel discharge port to the pressurization chamber is restricted by a relief valve member capable of closing the relief valve outlet.

A pressurizing chamber is formed by the inner peripheral wall and the inner bottom wall of the cylinder and a distal end outer wall of the plunger.
