A vaccine useful for immunizing an animal against fowlpox virus and Newcastle disease virus is provided which comprises an effective immunizing amount of S-FPV-043 and a suitable carrier. A method of immunizing an animal against fowlpox virus and Newcastle disease virus is also provided which comprises administering to the animal an effective immunizing dose of the vaccine.
