    摘要: A pressure sensitive adhesive film reducible in the adhesive force by the application thereto of the ultraviolet light which comprises:(a) a base film permeable to the ultraviolet light; and(b) a layer of a pressure sensitive adhesive formed on one side of the base film, the adhesive comprising:(i) at least one elastic polymer selected from the group consisting of a polymer mainly composed of acrylic acid ester copolymers and a saturated copolyester mainly composed of dibasic carboxylic acids and dihydroxy alcohols;(ii) an ultraviolet light polymerizable acrylic acid ester having not less than two acryloyl or methacryloyl groups in the molecule in amounts of about 15-200 parts by weight in relation to 100 parts by weight of the elastic polymer; and(iii) a photopolymerization initiator in amounts sufficent to induce the photopolymerization of the ultraviolet light polymerizable acrylic acid ester;The film is especially suitable for use as a dicing film in dicing a semiconductor wafer to dices in which the wafer is fixed on the film with a relatively large adhesive force and thereafter the film is irradiated by the ultraviolet light from the other side thereof to substantially reduce the adhesive force of the film so that the dice is loosely adhered onto the film.

    摘要: An apparatus for identifying positions of pixel defects on a display screen, such as a cathode-ray tube or a liquid crystal display, operates to pick up an image signal of a display screen representing a predetermined image with an imaging camera, shift the image signal of the imaging camera by one pixel in one and another directions with respect to the display screen, and obtain a difference of a signal level between a defective portion and a normal portion on the screen, based on the signals obtained when the image signal of the imaging camera is shifted in one and another directions. The apparatus also serves to calculate a relative inclination between the imaging camera and the display screen for obtaining a difference of a signal level between a defective portion and a normal portion of each pixel. The results make it possible to clearly identify the difference of the signal level between the defective portion and the normal portion.

    摘要: A novel pyrrolealdehyde derivative represented by the following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R represents C.sub.10 -C.sub.16 alkyl unsubstituted or substituted by at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of halo, hydroxy, amino, carbamoyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkylamino, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 dialkylamino, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 acylamino, C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkylthio, mercapto, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 acyloxy, carbamoyloxy, C.sub.6 -C.sub.12 aryl and C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl; or C.sub.10 -C.sub.16 alkenyl having at least one vinyl, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided. The compounds are highly effective in reducing the level of triglyceride and cholesterol in serum, and useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treating hyperlipemia and arteriosclerosis.
