摘要: A multi-channel output type transformer for outputting uniformly balanced voltage among multiple output channels. The transformer comprising a primary winding and a secondary winding that is wound round a winding shaft portion of a core. The secondary winding of the transformer is a flat cable belt comprising covered conductors corresponding to the number of output channels. The cable belts are arranged in parallel. A plane loop is formed by appropriately folding the flat cable belt, and the plane loop member is arranged to as to substantially orthogonally intersect the winding shaft of the core.

摘要: A noncontact coupler comprising a pair of magnetic cores 1, 1 each having a U-shaped open magnetic path, a primary coil L1 and secondary coil L2 being wound around said cores 1, 1 separately respectively, said coupler transmitting AC electric power between said primary and secondary coils L1, L2 by means of an annular closed magnetic path B formed by opposing in proximity both open magnetic face sides of said cores, wherein said primary and secondary magnetic cores 1, 1 are respectively split at least at their sides facing to each other, and a gap forming a spatial magnetic path is interposed between said split pieces. A diameter a of a medium leg 51 positioned inside an annular groove 52 around in which the coils L1, L2 are wound (housed) is set almost equal to a width b of the annular groove 52. These provide effects of lightening a noncontact coupler while securing its performance and improving handleability with enhancing tolerance for positioning of the primary and secondary cores.

摘要: A sheet transformer wherein a coil pattern is formed on each of substrates so as to constitute a coil substrate, a plurality of the coil substrates are overlaid in multiple layers to form a primary coil and a secondary coil. The primary coil and the secondary coil are overlaid such that the middle leg cores of EE type, EI type, EER type or EIR type cores are disposed in the center of the coils and both the outside leg cores are disposed outside the coils, thereby obtaining a magnetic coupling between the coils. A higher potential side of the primary coil and a higher potential side of the secondary coil are disposed in an opposed configuration so as to face each other.

摘要: A surface-mount microconverter is formed by mounting a microinductor chip and a semiconductor integrated circuit chip on a circuit board. Stud terminals are arranged on the circuit board and the microinductor chip is supported on the stud terminals, and the microinductor chip and the semiconductor integrated circuit chip are superposed on the circuit board. The microconverter has an improved ability and is small and thin. The microconverter includes an effective laminated magnetic-core inductor. The inductor comprises a helical coil formed by uniting alternately superposed insulating magnetic layers and conductive pattern layers, and an annular closed magnetic path formed by the insulating magnetic layers and defining a magnetic field created by the coil. The inductor can be miniaturized in a thin chip, and a wide range in which magnetic flux density varies linearly can be secured by balancing a closed magnetic path for a magnetic field created by the coil.
