摘要： A drug delivery system to deliver two or more medicaments operable through a auto-injector drug delivery device and a single dispense interface. The device comprises a housing defining a primary reservoir containing a first medicament. A dosing mechanism operably connected to the primary reservoir. A single dispense interface is configured for fluid communication with the primary reservoir and a secondary reservoir of medicament containing at least one drug agent configured for fluid communication to the single dispense interface. A single activation of the dosing mechanism causes medicament from the primary reservoir and a non-user settable dose of the second medicament to be expelled through the single dispense interface.

摘要： The present patent application relates to delivery devices, methods, and systems of delivering at least one medicament from a reservoir using an automatic delivery device. Such an automatic delivery device system may comprise a dose injecting mechanism and a dispense interface, such as a needle module. The dose injecting mechanism comprises a triggering mechanism. An activating member, such as a needle guard of the needle module, can be used to initiate the triggering mechanism to enable the device to administer the set dose. The single dispense interface may comprise a medicated module containing at least one dose of a secondary medicament. The dose injecting mechanism may comprise a dose setting mechanism.

摘要： A device to co-deliver at least two medicaments is disclosed where a first reservoir containing a primary medicament is connected to a manifold and cannula and where one or more additional reservoirs are placed in fluid communication with the manifold in parallel or inline flow. The additional reservoir(s) can be located within the device or as part of an attachable medicated module that connects to external port located on the device housing. Both medicaments are delivered through a cannula subcutaneously. The device is configured to be user wearable through attachment directly to the skin by an adhesive.

摘要： Disclosed herein are various examples of a drug delivery system and corresponding method for delivering three or more medicaments. The system includes two major components: an auto-injector device that contains at least two medicaments and a medicated module that contains at least one medicament. The medicated module interfaces with the auto-injector device such that a combination dose comprising all of the medicaments can be delivered via a single dispense interface of the medicated module. In order to deliver a pre-defined combination dose, a user need only set the dose of one of the medicaments contained in the auto-injector device and need only activate the system once by actuating a dose delivery button on the auto-injector device.

A first needle is fixed within the connecting body and an outer body operatively coupled to the connecting body. A needle guard operatively coupled to the outer body and a biasing member positioned between the outer body and needle guard. A second needle fixed within the outer body and a recess within the connecting body defines a reservoir. The reservoir contains at least one dose of a medicament and is configured for fluid communication with the first and second needle.
