Such probes are used to identify mutant Ksr alleles associated with disease. The invention includes methods, including phosphorylation and binding assays, for screening chemical libraries for lead compounds for a pharmacological agent useful in the diagnosis or treatment of disease associated Ksr activity or Ksr-dependent signal transduction.

    摘要: The methods, devices, and systems discussed herein describe a wireless communication device transmitting a discovery channel message, at least a portion of which, is embedded in the control channel of a groupcast transmission. In some examples, the discovery channel message is transmitted using a pre-defined, fixed transmit power and modulation and coding scheme (MCS), which facilitates the receiving wireless communication devices' ability to decode the control channel, including the embedded discovery channel message. If a receiving wireless communication device can decode the discovery channel message above a configured threshold (e.g., a received power threshold and/or a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)) but is unable to decode the data portion of the groupcast transmission, which was intended for the receiving wireless communication device, then the receiving wireless communication device will transmit a negative-acknowledgement (NACK) to the wireless communication device that transmitted the groupcast transmission.

    摘要: A base station broadcasts information to machine type communication (MTC) devices in the coverage area of the base station using multiple transmissions with layered modulation. Each transmission includes a different sequence of bits representing the information. A MTC device receiving the signals for the transmissions at a sufficiently high quality can recover the information by using a high modulation order on one of the transmissions. A MTC device receiving the signals of the transmissions at less than the sufficient quality can receive the information by applying a lower modulation order to multiple transmissions.

The base station transmits a bitrate recommendation to the first UE device. The bitrate recommendation is to be used for a Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) call between the first UE device and a second UE device. In some instances, the first UE device and the second UE device negotiate the bitrate to be used for the VoLTE call, based on the bitrate recommended by the base station. The first and second UE devices implement a bitrate for the VoLTE call and provide feedback to the base station.

    摘要: Systems and methods for transparent handovers of mobile relays on high-speed vehicles. In an embodiment, a base station of a wireless communications network transmits identification data to a mobile relay on a high-speed vehicle. The identification data identifies base stations which are configured for transparent handovers. The network also receives data indicative of a scheduled path of the high-speed vehicle, which it uses to select a target base station for communication with the mobile relay. Once the target base station has been selected, the network begins servicing the mobile relay from the second base station, without requiring any measurement values from the mobile relay and without handover signaling.
