    摘要: [Object] A curable epoxy resin composition is provided which is excellent in toughness, is hardly fractured, is strongly adhered to another material, and is also excellent in weather resistance, chemical resistance, and the like while maintaining excellent heat resistance, elastic modulus, and the like inherent to an epoxy resin.[Solution] A curable resin composition contains, with respect to 100 parts of an epoxy resin, 1 to 70 pars of an epoxy resin curing agent and 1 to 50 parts of an acrylic block copolymer, and the acrylic block copolymer contains (α) at least one polymer block A composed of a structural unit derived from an alkyl methacrylate and at least one polymer block B composed of a structural unit derived from an alkyl acrylate, has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 30,000 to 300,000 and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5 or less, and contains 3 to 60 percent by mass of the polymer block A. In addition, a cured resin is formed from the above curable resin composition.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a specific acrylic diblock copolymer (I) and a specific acrylic triblock copolymer (II) in a specific proportion and a pressure-sensitive adhesive for optical films using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition as a base are produced.

    摘要: A non-crosslinking type adhesive composition for an optical film is provided that has excellent adhesion to a substrate, allows peeling to be carried out at a suitable peeling strength without leaving an adhesive residue, has excellent reworking properties, can maintain good adhesion properties for a long time, and has excellent durability. The adhesive composition for an optical film includes an acrylic triblock copolymer, which does not have an NCO functional group, and an isocyanate compound. The acrylic triblock copolymer (I), which is represented by the formula A1-B-A2, is formed by alkyl methacrylate polymer blocks A1 and A2 having a Tg of 100° C. or more and an alkyl acrylate polymer block B having a Tg of −20° C. or less, wherein the content of the block B is 40 to 95 mass %, Mw is 50,000 to 300,000, and the molecular weight distribution is 1.0 to 1.5. Based on the mass of the solids in the adhesive composition, the content of the acrylic triblock copolymer (I) is 60 mass % or more, and the content of the isocyanate compound is 0.0015 mass % or more to less than 0.35 mass % in terms of NCO group content.

The {[molar quantity of methacrylic ester or acrylic ester]/([molar quantity of organoaluminum compound]−[molar quantity of polymerization initiator])} fed into the reactor is regulated to be 15 to 80, and the content of the (meth)acrylic ester in the total feed amount of a polymerization initiator solution and an (meth)acrylic ester fed into the reactor is regulated to not more than 5% by mass.
