The method for forming a metal oxide pattern includes: preparing an ink composition including at least one metal oxide precursor or metal oxide nanoparticle, and a solvent; ejecting the ink composition on a substrate to form a pattern on the substrate; and photosintering the formed pattern. The polymer matrix is a composition including a polymer and a solvent, the first metal nanoparticles and the second metal nanoparticles are different metals, and the content of the composite metal nanoparticles is about 20 to about 25 wt %, the content of the polymer is about 5 to about 10 wt %, and the content of the solvent is about 65 to about 75 wt %, based on the total weight of the composition.

The method of manufacturing a light-absorption layer for a solar cell includes: preparing an ink composition including at least one metal precursor including at least one chalcogen element and a solvent; applying the ink composition as a precursor phase on a substrate using a solution process; and photo-sintering the ink composition applied on the substrate as a precursor phase.
