In order to coordinate torque requirements for the propulsion system and voltage requirements for the vehicle power supply system and at least one battery for the vehicle power supply system, a voltage reference variable is formed for the voltage requirements for the vehicle power supply system, and a torque reference variable is formed for the torque requirements of the propulsion system. The plate may have side edges adapted to fit closely to the rails, with or without a groove for rail wheel flanges. The shapes of the plates are chosen to fit the area between the permanent road, the rails and the side edges of the level crossing.

    摘要: A double acting piston pump for cryogenic mediums is disclosed. The pump includes a vertically positioned cylinder having a base portion and a cover portion, and inlet valves are disposed in the cover portion and the base portion for admitting the cryogenic medium into the cylinder and for providing a pressure component of approximately zero against the direction of flow of the cryogenic medium. Outlet valves are disposed in the cover portion and the base portion for discharging the cryogenic medium from the cylinder. A piston is slideably mounted in the cylinder and a drive rod connected to the piston extends through either the cover portion or the base portion of the cylinder. A drive arrangement engages the drive rod for actuating the piston. A housing is also provided which has a portion defining the cylinder. The drive rod and the drive arrangement are mounted in the remaining portion of the housing, whereby the housing is common to the piston, the drive rod and the drive arrangement. The pump is suitable for both liquid and gaseous mediums and generates practically no frictional forces.

    摘要: The invention concerns an arrangement for cooling an electric cable which comprises deep-cooled inner and outer conductors at high voltage and zero potential, respectively, and is provided with cable terminations, in which said inner and outer conductors are connected with respective inner and outer ordinary conductors. The invention consists of the provision that separate cooling loops with a common coolant supply unit are associated with the inner and outer ordinary conductors, and that likewise separate cooling loops with a common return and a further common coolant supply unit are associated with the inner and outer conductors. In this arrangement, the heat losses produced can be removed to the coolant supply units with relatively high efficiency.
