摘要:
A catheter (10) has a main lumen (20), and sub-lumens (30) each of which having a diameter smaller than that of the main lumen (20). The plurality of sub-lumens (30) are arranged along a circumference of the main lumen (20) in a discrete manner, and each of the sub-lumens (30) has an operating wire (40), fixed to the distal end section (15) of the catheter (10), laid therethrough in a freely slidable manner. By pulling the operating wire(s) (40) respectively laid through the sub-lumens (30), the distal end section (15) of the catheter (10) may be bent towards the pulled operating wire(s) (40) laid therethrough.
摘要:
A transgenic plant engineered to have increased desiccation tolerance, increased drought tolerance or increased water use efficiency, the plant transformed with an artificial DNA construct comprising a transcribable nucleic acid molecule encoding a polypeptide requiring both ABA and ABI3 to influence desiccation tolerance. Also provided are DNA constructs and methods of producing a transgenic plant engineered to have increased desiccation tolerance, increased drought tolerance or increased water use efficiency.
摘要:
A kit for the immunological assay of the human tissue plasminogen activator-human plasminogen activator inhibitor complex in a human specimen, which kit comprises(i) a monoclonal antibody (first antibody) against a human plasminogen activator inhibitor linked onto an insoluble solid carrier having a specular surface,(ii) a polyclonal antibody (second antibody) against a human tissue plasminogen activator labelled by an enzyme,(iii) a substrate and a reaction-discontinuing agent for the assay of the enzyme activity,(iv) a diluent, and(v) a detergent containing a nonionic surfactant having an HLB (Hydrophile Lipophile Balance) value of at least 16,and a method for the immunological assay of the above complex and a method for the immunological assay of the active human plasminogen activator inhibitor, respectively in a human specimen using this kit.
摘要:
A method of detecting thrombosis or the degree of thrombophilia by measuring a von Willebrand factor cleaving protease, and a kit for detecting thrombosis or the degree of thrombophilia, comprising an antibody or a fragment thereof specifically binding to a von Willebrand factor-cleaving protease, are disclosed. The detection method and the detection kit have an excellent convenience, rapidity, and specificity.
摘要:
Disclosed are effective and simple adsorbents and methods of using the adsorbents for removing metal impurities generated during storage, transportation and supply of organometallic compounds. The disclosed adsorbents and methods provide for the easy and effective removal of the metallic impurities or compounds generated from decomposition of the organometallic compound during its transportation, storage, and supply. Namely, the disclosed adsorbents and methods permit the stable supply of a high purity organometallic compound desired in the semiconductor and photovoltaic cell.
摘要:
Disclosed are cleaning solvents and cleaning methods for metallic compounds deposited on the equipment that supplies organometallic compounds to the manufacturing tool in the photovoltaic industry or the semiconductor industry. The cleaning solvents and the cleaning methods disclosed not only selectively remove the metallic compound without corroding the equipment, but also improve the ordinary cleaning process. Moreover, the cleaning solvents and the cleaning methods disclosed improve maintenance costs for the supply system because the equipment may be cleaned without being detached from the supply system.
摘要:
A method of separating activated human protein C, which comprises bringing a mixture containing activated human protein C having a gamma-carboxyglutamic acid (Gla) domain in the presence of a calcium ion into contact with a fixed antibody comprising an insoluble carrier and fixed thereto an antibody to a complex of human protein C and a calcium ion bound to the Gla domain whereby the activated human protein C is captured by the fixed antibody in the form in which the calcium ion is bound to the Gla domain. A method is also provided for separating activated human protein C from a mixture containing human protein C and activated human protein C, which comprises bringing a first mixture containing human protein C and activated human protein C having a Gla domain into contact with a first fixed antibody comprising an insoluble carrier and fixed thereto a first antibody to human protein C but not to activated human protein C to form a second mixture substantially free from human protein C while the human protein C is captured by the first fixed antibody, and bringing the second mixture in the presence of a calcium ion into contact with a second fixed antibody comprising an insoluble carrier and fixed thereto a second antibody to a complex of human protein C and a calcium ion bound at the Gla domain, whereby the activated human protein C is captured by the second fixed antibody in the form in which the calcium ion is bound to the Gla domain.
摘要:
A monoclonal antibody which is specific to human protein C which has calcium bound at the gammacarboxyglutamic acid(Gla) domain and does not recognize human protein C which is not bound to calcium at the Gla domain. The monoclonal antibody is used in an immunoassay method for determining human protein C having a Gla domain and in a method for recovering human protein C having a Gal domain.
