    摘要: The invention relates to a pressure accumulator, especially for a hydraulic unit of a hydraulic vehicle braking system with electronic wheel slip regulation. Pressure accumulators having an accumulator piston acted on by a piston spring are known according to prior art. In order to save costs on parts for the piston spring and to save space in terms of the pressure accumulator, a piston spring having at least one first spring winding is used. According to the invention, the outer diameter of the first winding is smaller than the inner diameter of a second spring winding connected thereto.

    摘要: A pump unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system with traction control has an electric motor driving a radial piston pump. A rotor shaft of the pump unit has a hollow shaft with two standardized, hardened cylindrical pins that are press-fitted into the ends of the hollow shaft. The rotor shaft can be produced simply, economically, and without metal-cutting machining. The hollow shaft has high bending and torsional strength. The rotor shaft has a small diameter at the bearing points, which makes a small bearing diameter and thus a small installation space for the pump unit possible.

    摘要: A pressure fluid reservoir for a traction-controlled vehicle brake system; a reservoir unit including a plurality of pressure fluid reservoirs; and a method for producing a pressure fluid reservoir are disclosed. The pressure fluid reservoir with its structural size unchanged, has a larger installation space for a restoring element cooperating with a reservoir piston and at the same time can be produced economically. To that end, as the reservoir piston, a component reshaped in non-metal-cutting fashion from a sheet-metal material is proposed, on whose circumference an encompassing receptacle for a piston seal is integrally formed, likewise in non-metal-cutting fashion. The reservoir piston can be produced by deep drawing; the receptacle for the piston seal can be produced by roller-burnishing. Both method steps can be performed economically in one combined operation.
