摘要: In a piston with an encompassing seal, which is seated slidably in a cylindrical receiving bore of a structural part such as a housing block and which can be acted upon by pressure on at least one end, the piston is intended to have a shoulder for receiving the seal. This shoulder divides a cylindrical running face of the piston of a segment having a jacket face, and a groove is formed into the jacket face for receiving a ring that secures the seal in the axial direction and also acts as a stripper ring protecting the sealing ring.

摘要: A reciprocating piston pump having a housing, pistons disposed opposite one another in the housing, an eccentric between the pistons, annular grooves that fit around the piston necks machined into piston ends oriented toward the eccentric, and a U-shaped hoop spring curved radially outside the eccentric in the circumferential direction thereof. The hoop spring includes forklike hoop spring ends which engage the annular grooves and press the piston ends toward the eccentric. In the circumferential direction of the substantially U-shaped hoop spring, a continuation is formed on the hoop spring and together with a stop disk aligned transversely to the eccentric shaft, forms a device that limits the pivotability of the hoop spring about the piston necks. The reciprocating piston pump is usable for instance in hydraulic motor vehicle brake systems and in other hydraulic equipment.

摘要: The invention sets forth a hydraulic housing block with a downward-opening cavity which is covered by a protective cap. For ventilation of the cavity, the protective cap is arranged with a clearance relative to the hydraulic housing block. The protective cap is arranged in such a way that spray and dirt can not penetrate into the cavity through a gap between the protective cap and the hydraulic housing block. In order to prevent this penetration, the cap seals off the cavity by at least one encircling sealing lip and provides an opening at the lowest point on the circumference of the sealing lip to allow ventilation of the cavity.

摘要: A sensor arrangement determines a condition and level of a liquid in a container. A first sensor has first electrodes forming a first measuring chamber communicating with the liquid and supplies a signal for determining an impedance of the first sensor and a condition of the liquid in the container. A second sensor has second electrodes forming a second measuring chamber communicating with the liquid via the first measuring chamber and supplies a signal for determining an impedance of the second sensor and a level of the liquid in the container. Electronic devices are coupled to the first and second sensors, and determine the impedance of the first and second sensors and the condition and level of the liquid in the container.

摘要: The invention relates to a check valve with a tubular valve housing in which a valve ball is received. To make a large flow cross section available and to prevent closure by the valve ball when the check valve is fully open, a perforated disk is press-fitted between longitudinally extending guide ribs of the valve housing and a circumferential wall of the valve housing there is an interstice as an outflow opening, which is not closed even the valve ball contacts the perforated disk. The valve housing is made by stamping, in which the guide ribs and a valve seat are made in one operation and are thereby aligned exactly with one another. In this way, a small radial play of the valve ball can be realized.

摘要: A control module includes a circuit board having conductor paths arranged on at least one plane and having at least one rigid, inflexible conductor path section. The control module also includes an electronic control circuit which electrically contacts the conductor paths and has electrical components. The control module also includes a pan-shaped cover part protecting the control circuit. The cover part is arranged over a part of the electronic control circuit and contacts a side of the circuit board in a sealing manner with a flat contact region aligned parallel to the side. At least part of the electronic control circuit is protectively arranged in a housing inner chamber between the cover part and the circuit board, and electrical contacts of the circuit board are provided outside of the housing inner chamber, which is covered by the cover part, to contact electrical components of the control module.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for mounting sensors (40), e.g. rpm sensors, on a support plate (10) of a control module. The method comprises the following steps: a cylindrical sensor (40) is oriented and is inserted into a tubular sensor dome (18) of the support plate (10) in the mounting direction (56). An assembly dimension (88) for the sensor is then set as the distance between the face of the sensor and a top side (16) of the support plate (10). A positive connection between the sensor (40) and the sensor dome (18) is established by introducing a fixing material (68) into a hollow space (64), and a positive or a bonding sensor contact (76) between the sensor (40) and contacts (70) located at the support plate end is created when the sensor (40) is inserted into the sensor dome (18).
