    摘要: A current regulator is proposed for use in an electronically controlled, continuously operating gasoline injection system, with the aid of which a control element can be supplied with different current values depending upon the operating states of the engine. In addition to a current regulating phase during active operation, it is possible with the proposed current regulator to reverse the direction of current flow in the control element for the sake of blocking the supply of fuel during overrunning. Towards this end a circuit apparatus links signals relating to rpm, throttle valve position and temperature. Furthermore two safety circuit arrangements are proposed for the current regulator, so that in case of a failure of important components there is no impairment of safety, and emergency operation is assured.

    摘要: It is proposed for a fuel metering system that a final control element be triggered with a regulated direct-current signal having clock components dependent on operating characteristics of an internal combustion engine in order to influence a fuel metering means. A further proposal is that the acceleration enrichment be triggered during starting. In this manner the desired starting enrichment is obtained by way of the sum of the post-starting, warm-up and acceleration enrichment. The acceleration enrichment per se begins beyond a predetermined air flow gradient and then has a steady course up to a maximum value. This subject is disclosed in combination with a continuously operating injection system, in which a corresponding overall control signal is prepared in a control unit and delivered to an electrohydraulic final control element. This final control element, in the specialized example, influences the working pressure of the differential pressure valves associated directly with the continuously functioning injection valves.

    摘要: An arrangement for injecting fuel for an internal combustion engine has at least one inductive injection valve which is switch controlled via a controllable semiconductor switch. This injection valve is provided with an inductive or capacitive oscillator component for atomizing fuel. During the switching control operation, electrical energy from the inductive injection valve is fed into the oscillator component for exciting its oscillating movement each time the semiconductor switch is opened. On the one hand, with this arrangement no separate high frequency generator is required for the oscillator component while, on the other hand, a second transistor is not required for the switch-controlled output stage with a rapid discharge without loss being possible at least in principle.

    摘要: An electromagnet is proposed which serves in particular to actuate a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines. The electromagnet includes a first pole piece disposed at one side of a first permanent magnet and a second pole piece disposed at the other side of the first permanent magnet. The pole pieces each have one conduction section bent at an angle, which sections are oriented toward one another and define a gap therebetween. Divided from the first permanent magnet by the conduction sections, a magnet coil is disposed on each pole piece. The first pole piece has a pole oriented toward the armature, and the second pole piece has a pole. When the magnet coils are not excited, the armature is drawn in the direction toward the poles by one component (.phi..sub.p2) of the permanent magnetic flux. If the magnet coils experience a flow through them of a current (i) in such a manner that an electromagnetic flux (.phi..sub.i) flows through the armature in the opposite direction from the flux (.phi..sub.p2), then the armature drops away from the poles whenever the electromagnetic flux (.phi..sub.i ) becomes equal to the component (.phi..sub.p 2) of the permanent magnetic flux.

    摘要: A differential amplifier is arranged to amplify faithfully the voltage produced by an ungrounded voltage source to provide the amplified result as a voltage in relation to a reference (ground) voltage. Errors resulting from leakage resistances between the ungrounded voltage source and ground are avoided by providing an inverting amplifier responsive to the output voltage, which draws, through a resistance, a current from a terminal of the voltage source which is proportional to the output voltage of the differential amplifier. This causes a shift of the potential of the voltage source in the direction towards the reference voltage. Optimum results are obtained when the shift is such that the variations in the voltage source being observed are caused to become balanced in relation to the reference potential. As applied to a thermocouple voltage source located in a furnace or engine, the circuit can be made to become balanced when there is a small residual current through the thermocouple, so that a fracture of the thermocouple will produce an immediately recognizable response.

The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing core with a surrounding magnetic coil and a guide diaphgram secured across the valve housing, the guide diaphragm urges an armature/valve closing element, embodied in one piece in the form of a spherical section, toward a valve seat. The guide diaphragm loosely engages a flat bearing face of the armature, so that the valve closing element can automatically center itself with respect to the valve seat. Upon a reciprocating movement of the armature/valve closing element, the frictional force between the guide diaphragm and the bearing face prevents a radial movement of the armature/valve closing element.
