摘要: The present invention provides a method for fabricating a semiconductor device which initially performs chemical mechanical polishing with respect to a metal film made of copper formed on a semiconductor substrate to form wires composed of the metal film on the semiconductor substrate and subsequently removes a wire-to-wire bridge occurring during the formation of the wires and remaining on the semiconductor substrate to cause unneeded conduction between the wires adjacent to each other. The removal of the wire-to-wire bridge is performed by oxidizing the wire-to-wire bridge into a copper oxide by using an aqueous hydrogen peroxide and then dissolving the copper oxide by using an oxalic acid. This allows the removal of the wire-to-wire bridge without damaging the main bodies of the wires.

摘要: Provided is a curable resin composition which has excellent optical properties, heat resistance, transparency, low water absorbability, and mold release property in molding, and reduces the occurrence of a burr from a mold. Also provided are a cured product thereof and an optical material. The curable resin composition includes: a component (A): a soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing components including a monofunctional (meth)acrylic acid ester (a) having an alicyclic structure, a bifunctional (meth)acrylic acid ester (b), and 2,4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene (c), has a reactive (meth)acrylate group derived from (b) in a side chain and a structural unit derived from (c) at an end, has a Mw of 2,000 to 20,000, and is soluble in an organic solvent; a component (B): a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and a component (C): an initiator, in which the blending amounts (weight ratio) of the respective components are as follows: (B)/(A)=5 to 250/100, and (C)/[(B)+(A)]=0.1 to 10/100.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a printhead, a carriage, one or more guide members, and a positioning mechanism. The printhead is mounted on the carriage. The one or more guide members support the carriage. The positioning mechanism includes an eccentric bearing and a rotation restrictor. The eccentric bearing is connected to each guide member and rotatable around a rotational axis offset from a guide member longitudinal axis to move the guide member relative to a substantially horizontal plane. The rotation restrictor defines a first point of contact with the eccentric bearing when the carriage is in a first operational position, and a second point of contact with the eccentric bearing when the carriage is in a second operational position. At least one of the first and second points of contact is displaceable with respect to the bearing rotational axis to modify the corresponding operational position of the carriage.

摘要: A light projector has a light emitting device having a light emitting surface, an optical fiber having an incident end-face to which light emitted from the light emitting surface enters, and a lens arranged between the light emitting surface of the light emitting device and the incident end-face of the optical fiber. The light emitting device, the optical fiber and the lens are arranged on one optical axis. The optical fiber includes a core region as a region including a single core of uniform refractive index or a region collectively encompassing a plurality of cores having uniform refractive index. The lens converts diffused light emitted from the light emitting surface to diffused light that widens more moderately.
