摘要： Two of four light sources have canceling characteristics with respect to color nonuniformity, and the other two light sources have canceling characteristics with respect to color nonuniformity. A light emission stop detector detects that each of the light sources stops emitting light by blowing its value for example, and feeds, if a certain light source stops emitting light, information indicating that the light source stops emitting light to an energization controller. The energization controller stops, when it receives the information indicating that a certain light source stops emitting light, the energization to a light source paired with the certain light source and puts out the light source.

During a cooling cycle running of a freezing cycle, the opening rate of the opening 80 and/or the devices included in the freezing cycle such as a compressor, blower and expansion valve are controlled alone or in combination so that the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 40 is lower than a dew point temperature of the indoor air.

摘要： In a visual inspection method and apparatus, a picture processing unit converts an original picture, obtained by taking a photograph of a BGA illuminated by a ring illuminator from above, by using a camera, and labels a binary picture obtained by this binary conversion. Then, it forms a circumscribing rectangle circumscribing an outer circumference of a labeling picture obtained by the labeling, and inverts a labeling picture within the formed rectangle, and removes a portion of a region formed by the outer circumference and the circumscribing rectangle in a picture obtained by the inversion, and then generates an inspection picture by adding a picture obtained by the removal to the labeling picture, and accordingly judges a pass or rejection of the inspection target sample based on the generated inspection picture. Thus, the inspection can be carried out at a high accuracy irrespectively of a low cost.

摘要： A heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes, a pair of header pipes, partition walls, an inlet connector block and an outlet connector block. The plurality of tubes have one ends connected to one header pipe and other ends connected to the other header pipe. The header pipe internally has a pipe-inside flow-through bore. The partition wall is internally formed in each header pipe to divide the pipe-inside flow-through bore into two regions. Each header pipe has a block connector bore opening at an outer side wall opposing to an area to which the tubes are connected and opening to the pipe-inside flow-though bore by cutting out a portion of the partition wall. The inlet connector block is connected to the block connector bore of one header pipe to admit coolant to flow in. The outlet connector block is connected to the block connector bore of the other header pipe to permit coolant to flow out.

Thus, this can provide an appearance inspection apparatus and an appearance inspection method that can execute an appearance inspection at a high speed, irrespectively of a simple configuration.
