    摘要： A pipe joint comprises a pipe formed with an annular projection on a connection end portion thereof, a member having a socket including a cylindrical portion for receiving the pipe therein and formed with apertures in the cylindrical portion, and a resilient stopper having circular-arc ridges fittable in the respective apertures of the socket to project radially inward. The stopper extends axially of the pipe and has portions which, when the stopper is mounted on the cylindrical portion of the socket, are beyond 180.degree. from the direction of mounting and at least have a circular-arc form to extend along the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion. The stopper further has an assembling error preventing flange that cooperates with a protrusion preventing erroneous installation of the stopper in the socket.

The cam member 5 having (1) an unlocking cam part 5b for unlocking the lock spring 3 by dropping the free-side hook 3b from the hook-supporting part 12 into the hook-fitting part 13 when the armrest body 7 is rotated in the armrest-accommodating direction, and (2) a relocking cam part 5c for locking the lock spring 3 by raising the free-side hook 3b from the hook-fitting part 13 and supporting it by the hook-supporting part 12 when the armrest body 7 is rotated in the armrest-use direction.

A displacement amount storage unit stores displacement amount information in which a displacement amount of the valve, used when a gas flows into the gas passageway at a flow rate defined according to a process procedure before performing the process procedure, is obtained in advance for each process procedure. A setting circuit acquires the displacement amount corresponding to the process procedure from the displacement amount storage unit, and controls the actuator on the basis of the acquired displacement amount.
