摘要： A packaging structure is provided which is especially useful for solid-state imaging devices and other semiconductor devices. An Al film is selectively formed on inner lead portions and portions of positioning reference plates located within a ceramic packaging body. On the other hand, the outer lead portions that are exposed outside the packaging body are coated with Sn plating layer. Particular care is taken not to locate the Sn plating layer over the Al film. Contamination faults due to Sn swelling and stripping are prevented, while bonding strength of the Al clad inner lead portions with Al internal fine wires and with fit glass joining the ceramic packaging body together is kept high.

The mobile telephone also includes an interblock interface circuit provided on a signal path between an elected circuit block and a branch point at which the signal path branches into different branch paths so as to connect to other circuit blocks. The interblock interface circuit includes a signal gate for preventing signal transmission from the elected circuit block to the other circuit blocks, and includes a storage unit for storing a signal right before the power cut-off.

摘要： A display device of the invention includes a display panel attached to one face side of a light transmissive circuit board and a light transmissive substrate attached to the other face side of the circuit board. A mounted component is mounted on the other face side of the circuit board. The circuit board includes a light transmissive junction layer for joining the circuit board to the light transmissive substrate at a position avoiding the mounted component. The junction layer includes a core substrate formed of a resin, an adhesive layer formed on one face of the core substrate, and a bonding layer formed on the other face of the core substrate and cured. The adhesive layer is adhered to the circuit board, and the bonding layer is firmly fixed to the light transmissive substrate.

The flexure includes a pair of outriggers, a connection portion, and a tongue portion. A flexible wiring substrate is fixedly bonded to the surface of the flexure. An electrode pad of the slider and an electrode pad of the flexible wiring substrate are bonded to each other by solder. A plurality of solder bonded portions are arranged on the connection portion. A deformable portion is formed in the pair of outriggers and located on an extended line on which the solder bonded portions are arranged, so that the free end side of the flexure is deformable.

摘要： A charged particle beam apparatus includes: a charged particle source which generates a charged particle beam to apply to a specimen having a microstructure formed on a surface thereof; an objective lens which excites at least one of an electric field and a magnetic field to converge the charged particle beam onto the specimen; a deflector which scans the specimen with the charged particle beam; a detector which detects at least one of a secondary charged particle, a reflection charged particle and a back scattering charged particle generated from the specimen and which outputs a detection signal; a focusing area arranging unit which arranges a plurality of focusing areas including edge points of the microstructure therein in a surface area of the specimen; a deflection controller which controls the deflector so that the focusing areas are sequentially scanned to correspond to excitation conditions while changing stepwise the excitation conditions of the objective lens; a focus calculator which calculates an index indicating a convergence state in each excitation condition on the basis of the detection signal and which calculates an optimum excitation condition providing an optimum focal position from the index; and an objective lens controller which drives the objective lens under the optimum excitation condition.

摘要： A DC adapter that can be housed in a battery housing portion of an electronic apparatus selectively with a primary and secondary battery. The DC adapter is connected to an AC/DC converter and is inserted into a battery housing portion of an electronic apparatus so as to supply the electronic apparatus with a DC power, wherein a substantially cylindrical adapter main body has an insertion limiting portion which is guided by an insertion guide portion of the battery housing portion when the DC adapter is inserted into the battery housing portion with the proper polarity, and comes into contact with the contact portion of the battery housing portion when the DC adapter is inserted into the battery housing portion with the reversed polarity so as to limit the insertion of the DC adapter. The insertion limiting portion is formed by projecting a part of the outer circumference of the cylindrical adapter main body in a rectangular manner along the longitudinal direction of the main body and has two sides each of which extends from a part of the outer circumference of the DC adapter. The center angle of the circular arc obtained by connecting the proximal ends of the two sides on the outer circumference of the DC adapter is less than 90°.
