    摘要: Disclosed herein is a polypropylene-base resin composition obtained by heating at a temperature of 170.degree. C.-280.degree. C. a mixture containing a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer having a specific composition, an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a specific composition and viscosity, an inorganic filler having a specific particle size, and an organic peroxide, all in specified amounts. The thus-obtained polypropylene-base resin composition has high molding fluidity and are inexpensive and their moldings have excellent low-temperature impact resistance and paintability along with high stiffness. They are thus suitable for use in the production of large moldings such as automobile bumpers, fenders and body sidemembers.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a preparation process for polypropylene-base resin compositions, which process comprises heating at a temperature of 170.degree.-280.degree. C. a mixture containing a crystalline ethylenepropylene block copolymer having a specific composition, an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a specific composition and viscosity, an inorganic filler having a specific particle size, and an organic peroxide, all in specified amounts. The thus-obtained polypropylene-base resin compositions are suitable for use in the production of large moldings such as automobile bumpers, fenders and body sidemembers because of their excellent low-temperature impact resistance, high molding fluidity, good paintability and high stiffness as well as their low preparation cost.

    摘要: A dielectric ceramic composition comprising forsterite in an amount of 93.0 to 99.0 mol % when calculating in terms of 2MgO.SiO2 and calcium titanate in an amount of 1.0 to 7.0 mol % when calculating in terms of CaTiO3 as main components, and as a subcomponent, aluminum oxide in an amount of 0.2 to 5 mass % when calculating in terms of Al2O3 per 100 mass % of said main components. According to the present invention, a dielectric ceramic composition, capable of having both low permittivity and good frequency-temperature characteristic as well as ensuring high Qf value and further having sufficient mechanical strength, and suitable to use in an antenna, a filter and the like used in the high-frequency region, can be provided. Also, the present invention allows providing a dielectric ceramic composition further having resistance to reduction in addition to all of the above properties.

    摘要: A graphite powder has surface closed-end structures in which the graphite c-plane layers of the graphite layer crystal lattices have closed-ends on the surface of the graphite powder by linking the ends of one or more pairs of the c-plane layers, leaving interstices which are open on the surface of the graphite. The number of open interstices is at least 100 and at most 1500 per micrometer in a c-axis direction of the graphite. Preferably, the graphite powder has a specific surface area of 1.0 m2/g or less. Such a graphite powder can be prepared either by graphitizing a carbon material, which has been pulverized at a high speed under well-controlled conditions before and/or after the carbonization, or by subjecting a carbon material, which has been pulverized under well-controlled conditions before and/or after the carbonization, to graphitization and then to oxidative heat treatment at a temperature of 600-800° C. and finally to heat treatment at a temperature of 800° C. or higher in an inert gas. The graphite powder can be used to produce negative electrodes of lithium ion secondary batteries having a high discharge capacity of at least 320 mAh/g and a high charge/discharge coulombic efficiency of at least 90%.
